look up, man. it'll keep your shoulder from falling. look up or do a chin up... like doing hollow backs with the chest all out --- tighten the back of your neck. the keys are very much important.
Na don't worry about that....I only hurt my neck once the past year and that was from falling on it and twisting it...its perfect now tho...this won't do anything to it
well for me i just make sure my head and arms are good and in position and from there just kick up into a squat in a way like your about to do a blow-up...
right there is where ur gonna be most off balance so push down hard with ur hands to stay still...
once ur legs are up tho just slowly position them until u got the hang of it and u can move around more
you shake to much you have to fix that

make sure to stretch your wrist before hand. a good one is to straighten your arm and pretend to open an invisible door. do it both ways
