  • pretty much 3 gassers which is a end of football practice conditioning workout

  • I'm 14 and I can get 48 seconds, I agree sunny Tuesdays are great :)

  • your friend jake is shit

  • WHAT THE FUCK DOES THIS SKINNY LITTLE WHITE GUY HAVE TO DO WITH A D- LINEMAN THAT BEATS UP 350LBS CENTERS!?!?!?!?!

  • @0351assman1

Usually the guys who call people in great shape skinny, are the fat ones, who started training and became nothing but a fat muscle-mountain, with weird problems whiping their own ass..

And is it wrong being white now too?

  • @MyBottletree lol im a 3a reciever for UW whitewater... not as fat as you think son

  • @0351assman1

I said usually =) ... Come on you have to admit he's in good shape and not skinny at all

    =)

  • My high school team had us do this before the season started. I ran 62 seconds both times, and it was my first year of football. So it amazes me it Haynesworth couldnt do it.

  • Go play DT and dominate offensive lines since ur more in shape.lol

  • You can bench and squad all you want, but if you can't pass a little conditioning test which EVERYONE has to pass how do you expect him to perform at a high level throghout the entire game, I'll be surprised if he's not gassed out after 5 minutes of play

  • perfect... for your next test....

please bench 400 lbs and squat 800 lbs... thanks.

  • @alwayzAngry Hes not saying he is a pro defensive lineman... He is saying that a man who is getting payed 100 million dollars to play football and be an athlete can and revealing how pathetic it is. I played Defensive end and I ran 3.2 miles every day because it feels great when you actually have endurance to preform

  • Ok, so you are in better shape than Albert Haynesworth. Now go play defensive tackle for the Redskins.

  • ok you may be able to run longer than him but can you bench over 500lbs i dont think so lol and give him a break the man is 6'6 350 and his job is to stand in the middle and just block the hole so the running back has to go outside

  • Hey epi I could back and forth with you making personal attacks with someone i'll never meet in person. But nah i'll pass, I don't need to be a tough guy online too make me feel better about myself. I stand by my statement and expect him to have a good year with the Pats. And if you think suh didn't take one play easy all last year you're an idiot, that obviously dosen't watch football.

  • @LordMichael70 This isn't what's he's trying to prove jackass. 300's are no joke. I have to run 5 each day at practice.

  • I do like the nickname "Fat Albert" But distance running isn't even what he is being paid for. He needs to move 1-3 men back 1 yard if he is on the nose. He should never run more than 10 yards every 40s though.

  • we do theses after every soccer practice, have to do 3 under 57 seconds, if the whole team doesn't finish the last under 60 seconds, we all get to do an extra one just for fun.... we call them stinkers.. cause they stink

  • Hahaha linemen have 70 seconds and I can do it in 50ish. In track thats all you do. Its easier though cuz you don't have to make cuts

  • wow...try doing this while weighing 350+ this guys like 210 at most....

  • who the fuck cares? you need the heart to play the game, and great antletes will tell you that numbers are nice, but its what is inside that counts. besides, d linemen will never need to run that long in a game anyways, third of all, im pretty sure hayensworth could probably break this guy in half.

  • @showman3211 Each time you go all out in a play even for 5 seconds it takes a toll on your body. You have no idea what you are talking about. All the heart in the world cannot make a fat guy run a marathon without stopping our passing out

  • what's worse? Albert not being able to do the drill, or you using his name to get more views?

  • @mannyamaya

I'm gonna go with you riding Haynesworth's dick

  • @BenSanders or you riding this guy's dick?

  • @mannyamaya

never knew youtube had an echo

  • when you're 300+ pounds try it again and see if you can get it in under 70 seconds not so easy then

  • i did it in 55 and 58 seconds

  • fuck fat albert

  • Lol! I think everyone here has a valid point, but I think we can all agree that he doesn't make the big bucks based on his ability to do this drill, and really the only reason this came to light is because of the way he's playing(or not) and THAT'S due to issues with coaching....

  • this is absolute bs, Haynesworth is a 330+ pound D LINEMEN, he is not a cornerback! He can probably bench 200 pounds more than you but there's no video on that, he doesnt need to be a sprinter he needs to be powerful and clog up the middle...

  • @mulrich64 Dude are you blind? He obviously weighs about 200 pounds, you can't be a 100 pounder with his muscles :) AND he is right, I can do those 300 yards two times under 70 seconds with less than a minute rest in between, no sweat

  • This video is dumb, that guy is huge! Try running it that fast with his weight, then you can talk shit.

  • if every1 was fit we wouldnt have anybody to protect the QB the most important guy on the team

  • @LB2535 i hope your joking

  • When people think endurance or something like that people think running. When i think endurance i think wrestling(not the stuff you see on tv) for three 2 minutes periods. Now that endurance if i say so myself

  • @BulletspongeM3 wrestling isnt endurance wrestling is hell

  • @edj2010 true very, oh so very true lol

  • hey retard obviously you guys will do it faster thats like having a wr doing this shuffle and bashing a lineman for not doing it as fast. you guys are faster but i guarantee haynesworth is stronger. and for his position he doesnt need to do long sprints he needs to power through the line he needs more strength than speed especially in short distances...now if haynewsworth were a cb then this could measure how fit he is

  • you are a little bitch...skinny ass hoe....albert is 360 lbs and 6'8

  • haynesworth is the biggest punk bitch in the nfl

  • haynesworth eats little bitches like this guy for breakfast. does he not understand that people who run track are 1/3 of the weight of albert and the DT position is NOT about speed, and haynesworth didnt pass it because not only is he huge as fuck, but he sat around all season while shanny "played barbies" with his contract, instead of just trading him like a normal smart fuck.

  • @DrmrGuy1979 yes!

  • A football play last about 6 seconds with a 45 second playclock...so its usually 6 secs action 20 secs rest. ....I couldnt do this and maryland still wants me soooo

  • TSuper

Yes I know what the 300 yard shuttle test does, and technically it measure both aerobic and anaerobic ability due to the length of time. The average play in a football game is over in a few seconds, so the 300 yard shuttle which takes anywhere from 45-120 seconds doesn't really mimmick the physiological demands of Haynesworth's position. Over the course of Haynesworth's career he has accumulated 309 tackles, 28 sack, has averaged 13 games a year. So he's in shape for his job

  • Haynesworth get's paid that much because his presence and skills on the field disrupts the opposing line. This guy is obviously fit, but i doubt he'd do as well if a 350 lbs lineman tackled him. The 300 yard shuttle is obviously not a good measuring tool for the skills Haynesworth needs to perform his job.

  • @pmg1234 The 300 yard shuttle measures anaerobic capacity, an essential element of football fitness. This test is obviously not designed to measure sport specific football skills, it's measures fitness, which Albert obviously lacks. Haynesworth can't "disrupt the opposing line" if he's on the bench sucking wind.

  • @pmg1234 he presences shit

  • its amazing the money this guy gets and he has enuff nerve to say hes not a slave. 100 million dollar contract I dont think slaves were paid that much and what country can u live in and get paid the money he does and the lifestyle he has Wow hes bitching shut the fuck up football is the only thing you have and its made you money and got you out of the ghetto big al .

  • How about getting hit by a 300 lbs lineman....lets see if you guys can pass that test

  • linemans have to be fast, but not wide reciever fast, obviously being fast on the line is important but strength and technique is alot more important then speed, but if u wanna talk about cardio then thats a diffrent story

  • yaw hating on thaqt 100 million contract hatera

    s

  • Cause it's a Tuesday, and it seemed like fun. lol

  • @utubesucksization Oh damn didn't see the last comment. Whoopsies.

  • I'm doing it because it's a Tuesday, and it seemed like fun. LOL.

  • @rudolph813 If the lineman only weight three pounds, I like my chances. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge lol so do i ....

  • @TSuperChallenge What if he only "weighs" three pounds?

  • @rudolph813 i could barrel through 3 pound linemen pretty easy too bro good one

  • @rudolph813 how do u feel about him now? lay al lay .....good d line men

  • @rudolph813 Yeah, every elite defensive lineman in the league is lazy. Y'know, like Ndamukong Suh, who missed the beginning of training camp, then had to take this exact same fitness test and passed it on his first day.

What I'm trying to say here is that you're an idiot and you need to stop talking because you're stupidity makes the world a worse place.

  • @rudolph813 you're fucking out of your mind comparing albert hayneswoth to julius peppers.

  • @rudolph813 haynesworth is garbage no point in defending him

  • He(Golic) also failed so what?

  • Bleepin hillarious!! Lol!

  • u sound exactly like my dad

  • Comment removed

  • you have down syndrome.......a 350 pound mammoth, has to use more energy to start and stop than this guy, and that test isn't as easy as everyone thinks..........that being said...albert haynesworth is a waste of 100 million dollars...

  • Yeah I would be a lot more impressed if you put on a weighted vest to make you weigh as much as Haynesworth does, and THEN run this shuttle and see what kind of time you get.

My guess is that you will FAIL.

  • @barrysbody Ohhh so should we rewrite the rules for fat azz? The point is he has the same rules as the rest of them if he can't do it he can't play. Is he the only guy on the team that is struggling? What about the other big boys?

  • @barrysbody my guess is your an idiot...haynesworth is larger, but also much stronger. it would not simulate at all haynesworth situation if CK put on a weighted vest.

  • I just cant agree with..."your best". You can always be better. Weather its running or weight lifting or anything active. There is no best. There's "Better than yesterday".

  • after those 300 yard shuttles, he has to three 300 yard sprints with like 1 minute rest in between i think. he failed the last sprint. not 100% sure though,.

  • He might not pass this version either, but Albert has attempted the 25-yard version...a version you acknowledge in this video as more difficult.

  • you also weigh about 300 lbs less than him.

  • and anyways mike golic is clearly running the 25 yard version

  • @dcolin100 and anyways, Mike Golic is clearly running the 6 x 50 yards version. There are 5 cones that are 10 yards apart and he goes down and back 3 times per shuttle. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge if you could count you would see mike golic went back and forth 6 times making it the 12 x 25 yard version and thats the one that hanseworth had to pass so i dont see the connection between your little run here and the albert conditioning test

  • @TSuperChallenge lol i was actually just thinking about making this same video. When i wasnt working and had some time i was going to go down to the field and tape it. I was gonna state that i played football for 6 years but, ive actually havent played in about a year and a half now and really havent been doing any conditioning. I'm also about 5'9 220 lol so i cant wait to make this video

  • @TSuperChallenge idk dude he did a down and back in 12 seconds. i don't think he could go 100 yards down and back in 12 seconds. I don't think any human being on earth could do that.

  • to quote espn.com, "which consists of two timed 300-yard back-and-forth shuttle runs performed 3½ minutes apart

  • DC media said it was 25x12. Either way do it at the WR/DB times not the OL/DL times. You said your self he's 100 lbs heavier than you.

  • Just posted this on ESPN980 page on Facebook - home of the Redskins

  • @loopba LOL, awesome. CK.

  • You Failed! You didn't do the test. It must be done the same way both times. Albert did the 25x12 version. You're WR/DB size so you should be doing the times your buddy in college is doing 43-46 sec. Each position runs different times OL/DL obviously get more time than RB/LB, WR/DB, QB/Kickers. Tell the whole story

  • @kgthe1 ESPN reported that he was doing the 6 x 50 test. Take it up with the worldwide leader in sports.

  • lmfao...im a skinz fan:(

  • your an idiot...he was doing the 12x25 shuttle. not denying that fat albert is a lazy fuck though

  • @dcolin100 ESPN is reporting the 6 x 50 test. Take it up with them. CK.

  • Paul, He has one...search his channel for this... Jump Higher & Run Faster

  • Comment removed

  • even Mike Golic did it

  • @jgcane LOL, I would say that Mike Golic almost did it. He ran the first one in 71 seconds and cut a few cones short. CK.

  • soon as i saw this i went to the park and did it, and it was fun! just a lil slower then CK 55, 57

  • @ivey00231 Great work!

  • @TSuperChallenge im gona do this too, mayb the skinz will draft me if i send in a tape lmao

  • @3bwchristopher Maybe... it will also help if you're 6'6" with a 39 inch vertical leap like Big Albert. CK.

  • i did this for football today! at the end of practice

  • @matt517472 Nice.

  • Great one Chris, the guy is a slug.for that kind of money he could drop a few pounds and get his fat azz on the field!

  • @gmhippie For 100 million, I'd be running this test in 45 seconds... In fact I might make that a new goal...

  • i loled at being in better shape than Albert Haynesworth, great work as always.
