Hopefully he implements something good soon.

I have 2 shark eggs....how do i hatch them? when i throw one into the water they just don't do anything (oh and if you cant find a shark just use the Mob Spawner GUI =], you can find it on the minecraft forum....it was the only way to find slimes D:)

@Zavf12 ^ Spawn GUI and everything is already in description, however on older versions he'll just have to look harder since the spawns are more rare. :) As far as your Shark Eggs go . . Right Click while holding them, it will toss them, don't use "Q" or whatever your default "Drop item" hotkey is, nothing will happen. If you stand on the item you may pick it up so give it some space and it should take under 30 seconds. I would suggest using INVEdit to get more of them, sharks suicide a lot.

@megablocksmaster I'm not really sure what you are asking. You get sharks in game by installing the mod that is in the description. I have an installation video on my channel if you need help (use the method in the description, if that doesn't work try the video's method). The mod is Mo' Creatures by DrZhark, once installed sharks will spawn in water.

@SgtIRONZOMBIEJESUS Well you can't use sharks for mob traps because they eat the items that mobs drop if they kill them. So it's more of a defensive thing. As far as the lets play goes, I'm working on it . . figuring out the ruleset and everything right now.

For me they do not go thorugh the walls but when I started out the sharks swam through the walls and disappear (poor sharks lol)

@BanesNLNM thx I also have the mod and just updated and already made a shark habitat the good way to avoid them killing themselves is to pit glass over them so they can't get to the surface

I noticed mine sometimes actually make it partially through, then just turn into texture-less black . .sharks that die seconds after . .lol. I'll give it a try when I use them for decoration, right now they're surrounding my base in the moat to fight off the nightmare mode mobs lol

@xxpsp10xx I still think DrZhark is taking suggestions on what the teeth are used for, check his forum, he will update the Mod version and put it in the release notes when he changes it. So for now I believe they are still useless.

@SgtIRONZOMBIEJESUS It's just a glitch, hopefully temporary. I'm assuming in this video it's because it surfaces then the script counts it as being out of water so it takes damage (it surfaces only when next to walls when it's trying to "swim" through them to another body of water, it seems). I'm not 100% sure on the mechanics, but that's my best guess.

@osbysweden No, they will always be saved, worse case scenario it swims elsewhere while you're away or dies (they have a habit of beaching themselves and suffocating, or getting stuck in walls that they try to swim through to get to bigger bodies of water. . lol).

@MrMattsMowing All of my horses stayed on all worlds. As far as sharks being worth the update . . . I'd have to say it's personal preference. If you aren't hunting for them and avoid water a lot it's probably not going to effect your gameplay much one way or the other. On the other hand if you're like me you may want to do it just so you can build a shark filled moat or something :P

@MrMattsMowing Another thing is that DrZhark is taking suggestions on what people can make with Shark teeth that drop, at this point in time they are useless, but he may add some recipes that makes the update worth it all on it's own.
