  • hy i dont know about

  • Thanks for the tips man!

  • John is the F9 chord your playing 8x7888 a Cm6 and is the E9 7x6777 a Bm6...your playing seems and sounds fine, the Tab how ever looks off...am I looking at it right? Also the F7 and E7 are actually 7(no5) chords as well

  • also the F9 and the E9 chords don't even have the tonic in those chords...F9looks like this in tab x87888...I would say it's an error until I watched you play it...

  • a natural teacher.... clear logical ... and talented... thx again

  • 'Accurately pinpoint what notes your playing'. Yes indeed, that is the key to playing around and coughing up your own interpretations. Great lesson

    Many thanks

  • Definitely my favorite teacher, too.

This lesson works for country, too.

  • great lesson as always...

  • That was great. I am learning from a Blues book and allot of the songs have turnarounds. I have tried to experiment to get some different sounds and I wondered if turnarounds required a specific sequence of notes. Or could you invent a turn around using the notes by making it sound well, I think learning a variety of turnarounds will be of great benefit to my playing. Cheers.

  • my fav teacher ... so you always get 5 stars from me
