The Vietnam war was a police action, and even if you argue it wasn't the U.S did still accomplish many of its goals there. Truth is, no one won. Yes, DC was burned, but the last battle of the war was a victory for the U.S (England had about 2,000 casualties, America had only about 20.) The whole war was pointless because The Treaty Of Ghent only stopped the fighting and no agreement was on it that was a reason the war started. We're all allies now so just stop hatin. (Im American btw, Connecticut FTW)

Lol, only thing is.....the U.S didn't lose the war of 1812. It came to a stalemate and both sides accepted a treaty. The Vietnam war was a police action, and even if you argue it wasn't the U.S did still accomplish many of its goals there. The bay of pigs was a battle not a war, and our army really wasn't even there, we trained the rebelling side and *they* lost. The U.S is still for the most part, undefeated.
