A more interesting question is: where the hell does Gillian Murphy go after Odette is revealed?

@songbird377 It looks the person dancing the revealed Odette is stood on some sort of platform above Von Rothbart's head if you look really closely. The other thing is Odile just vanishes, she's stood behind Von Rothbart one minute then he turns round and she's gone.

How do ballet dancers deal with the dizziness when they do so many fouettes and pirouettes?

I think most people would ahve fallen over or vomited after doing so many turns.

@bjnboy its called spotting. they focus on one object and then snap their head back around as they spin.....its easier to show someone than to explain with words lol....its not that hard though once you learn how to do it.
