  • They may have done horrible things, but doesn't everybody deserve a second chance?! Why all these hurtful comments saying they should die? Being sentenced to life without parole is a fate worse than death...just help them! (Especially these ones sentenced as kids....in 50 years, will they even remember what it is like out there? :(

  • Wheater this is wright or wrong i don't clearly know. But one thing is certain: 20% of the US population is imprisoned. Including these cases. This country should align to the policies of the rest of the world and of Europe!

  • NICE MUSIC WITH THE VIDEO, BUT I WONDER IF SUCH NICE MUSIC WAS BEING PLAYED AT THE TIME THEY WERE COMMITTING THEIR HORRIFIC CRIMES ON THEIR VICTIMS?

  • Check the Frontline web site to see if any remnents of this story are around. Some of these cases are for felony murder. Look up the definition and recognize that few countries have such a barbaric law. These guys couldn't even sign legal contract when they committed these "crimes" yet they are held fully accountable. A Christian country? Don't make me laugh.

  • Nathan ybanez needs to redo his trial they were so unfair too him and they said he killed his mum for no reason without asking him why if they did they would have found out his mum and his dad were abusing him since the age of 5 it's so sad :'(

  • The worlds youth have been ruined by do gooders that decided discipline was child abuse. People became afraid to discipline their children because of this stupidity.

Is it any wonder that we are where we are now.

  • Everyone responsible for these Draconian sentences should be sentenced to 20 years each. They were f******' kids when this shit happened, okay. They definitely deserved some time, but not their whole lives locked up in cells.

  • do the crime do the time NO EXCUSES

  • before asking whether these kids should get life sentences you should ask yourselves what kind of society produces murderer kids. things like this only very rarely happen anywhere else in the world. the US is a nonsense surreal country! americans should feel ashamed when seeing this, not proud! your country is one of the only two countries (the other one is Somalia that hasn't had a government for years) that hasn't ratified the UN convention on children's rights. american society is just sick

  • You take a life you should lose yours, all that shit about the cristian religion forgiving is bs. Why should they get a second chance, does the dead person or there family get the life of the dead person back? I think not. Don't defend people who killed someone, what if they killed your mother or son? How would that make you feel? How would that make your mother or son feel?

  • The Bill of Rights doesn't protect kids.

The Bill of Rights guarantees you the right to:

    1. An impartial Jury

    2. Impartial Judge

    3. Legal Counsel

But all Judges are biased when it comes to kids, minors can't serve on Juries (so there's no "peers") and there's no guarantee that the lawyer is competent.

  • I don't get it, why the US still kills murderers?? no other "developed" country does!! In scandinavian prisons, they treat prisoners like people, give them therapy, they heave rooms without doors, teach them how to be normal people!! And they heave less criminals than the US, France or Germany, and most of them don't go back to prison a seccond time. If you want respectfull citizens, show them how to be!!!

  • I think some people are just born... wrong. Locking them up is all we can really do.

  • @specjackular hey buddy it is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society..the real murderers and crooks are are allowed to murder and cause harm on a large scale and never see a jailcell these kids mess up once and there goes their whole life thats ok...right? basackwards

  • Ed Kemper killed his grandparents at age 15 and only got like 5 years. Then ended up being a serial killer. I think any kid over the age of 13 who commits murder should be liable for atleast a 20 year sentence.

  • In the face of murder, you sacrifice another life? One victim creates another and there is no justice. Revenge like this isn't healthy for society, its just another justification for murder. Killing a "killer" makes two murderers. What is an executioner but a murderer? Whats really sad is the lack of ability of many of you to understand the significance of forgiveness. It must be nice to never have made any mistakes...

  • @specjackular Your body is under extreme stress and you unintentionally whip out your blade in his direction. He stands up staggers a little holding his neck. You realize you've just slit the throat of one of your good friends. You watch him end up dying in agony in your arms on the floor as you watch what you've done slowly unfolds. Now your the "monster" you lost your cool during the fight AND YOU ARE NO LONGER DEEMED WORTHY OF EXISTENCE TO OUR SOCIETY. It happens way more often than you think

  • @specjackular So lets say your in an arguement with your friends as a teenager. Yeah this particular friend has some anger problems and you just push him a little to far over the edge with your joking or possible your mad at each other over a trivial thing such as a girl. He loses his temper and lungs at you with what you precieve as a true intent to kill. Your adrenaline (fight or flight response hormone) takes over and you remember about the switch blade you carry in your pocket.

  • This breaks my heart.

    I am 24.

  • vegence is needed in healing victimization. fuck human rights

  • vegence is needed in healing victimization

  • @suppaman12 cry me a river you left wing pinko ! Its apparent from your extreme temper and that you know of many "repeat" offenders that you are or were incarcerated. A person in jail regretting what they did, gee, thats a shocker. You should know everyone in prison is innocent, right . Maybe you can reply and say fuck a few more times, you piece of garbage. I cant wait for the intelligent response. Remember kids,do all your crimes before your 18 and we'll chalk it up to kids being kids.

  • @specjackular You would make a good executioner. The loss of life causes you no remorse and your ability to rationalize revenge boarders on sociopathic. Still dreaming about Vietnam are we? I can tell from the pinko comment. The cold war is over, and you're the pot calling the kettle black. To call another human being a piece of garbage once again establishes the sociopathic tendencies I see in your psyche. Your humanity must be in a sad state (much like trash) to speak in your manner.

  • @suppaman12 im allowed to voice my opinion just like anyone else. Just because you don't feel the same way doesn't make you right. Imagine your son or daughter raped or murdered(I pray that never happens) by one of these young offenders, I'll be the first in line to see you beg the judge to set them free and of course you would forgive them right away. I apologize for my sarcasm but you pissed me off. Please remember, you dont know my personal situation and my reasons for my comments.

  • its funny because there in jail

  • Wow ! In Larrybums magical dream world everyone who is under 18 that committed heinous crimes would be set free. Its only murder. They were just kids, they don't know better. Screw the families who have suffered great loss. They should learn to forgive and forget.

  • Good video but too short

  • Too bad they didn't tell us what these people did, or what the circumstances were. It would have rounded out the picture.

  • @BoyScout1960

you can type their names and find the info you need to know... it's all there on the net.

By the way, I think what they did is not the problem... life without parole given to a child is the problem...

  • @specjackular Got, it's great to hear from a perfect man. Clearly you must find yourself out of place in this Christian country where forgiveness is paramount.

  • @larrybum

Forgiveness doesn't mean there is no punishment. You can forgive someone and still demand justice.

  • @larrybum this is not a christian country. majority may be christian but not a christian country, there is a difference.

  • @larrybum try to forgive someone who killed someone u loved..not so willing to forget now are we?

  • @DeadBull17 if you'd kill me i wouldn't want you to be sentenced to death or spend the rest of your life in prison. life is life, death is death. we die sooner or later anyways right?

  • ummmm colorado no longer gives life sentences to anyone 13 or younger. and those who were 14 or over can't be given a sentence of more than 40 years. also there are no longer juveniles outside the usa serving life without parole. israel was the last country besides the usa to abolish it with 7 LWOP they were commuted to life with parole. the other two countries that had it was south africa with 4 and tazmania with 1. both those countries reduced their sentences to 30 years.

  • The Bill of Rights left a few things out:

    1. You have the right to a lawyer, but you don't have a right to a competent lawyer.

    2. 15-year-olds can't serve on Juries, so if you're a minor, you can't be tried by a "Jury of peers".

  • why don't we stop lecturing others on human rights? then we can do what we need to do with hearing geneva's bitching.

  • Here's a mood swing for you: after weeks of waiting, you get a letter from home. You are SO HAPPY to have gotten it; it's just TOTAL EXALTATION!!! It's from your beloved wife, and kids! Until you open it up, and it reads: "I'm so sorry, love; but we can't be coming there to see you anymore. It's just too far away, too depressing, and we don't have the time. And besides, I've just met someone else. All our best wishes to you!" They haven't the time anymore; but you've got nothing BUT time!

  • harsh sentence for youngsters but the us puts so many in jail nobody is going to be bothered about these kids.

  • I totally feel for these kids, I mean who didn't savagely beat people ( without intending to kill them obviously ) when they were 17? I frequently stabbed people but once I turned 18 I quit that shit because of the magical barrier between 17 and 18.

  • @eyholmess By God, you need to watch the whole PBS episode on how these kids got into trouble. You wouldn't believe it, but of course you don't want to believe it .... just want to spew your ignorant opinions.

  • @larrybum where do you watch the whole episode?

  • @larrybum do you know what this show is called? great vid

  • @eyholmess Um most people didn't savagely beat people when they were 17. I'm happy for you that you stopped stabbing people however I'm a lot happier for your victims. I don't know about a magical barrier between 17 and 18. I've never heard of that one before. What is it?

  • @eyholmess I didn't savagely beat or frequently stab people when I was 12,13,14,15,16 or 17 and I didn't know anyone who did. The fact that you stopped when you were 18 because you knew that was the age of responsibility indicates you knew what you were doing was wrong. If you knew what you were doing was wrong, why shouldn't you get punished? I don't agree with a life sentence, but surely there must be some justice for the victims.

  • "But (Sob!) -- "

"There, there, there, there, there, there -- one day at a time, remember? Keep praying to the Lord, my little one; just give it some more time."

"But my whole life? An entire century -- or so? (Sob!) I can't do that much time!"

"Patience, baby. 'Rome wasn't built in a day.' Whoops -- there goes my pager! Gotta go!"

  • A prison psychiatrist or chaplain: "Just take it one day at a time, my little one. Keep praying to the Lord, give it another century or so, and it'll all be over -- when Mother Nature turns the key, and lets you out."

  • Welcome to America, land of the free. Where children get life in prison or execution.

Hypocrites, always telling other countries what to do and mouthing off about human rights. Bloody fascists and supremacists...

  • @lurconis666 lets see how liberal you are if your family member gets killed. I am proud to be an American. You fail to realize we are a nation of laws also.

  • @mg5679 If my family members get killed, I would probably also be as pissed. But how are we any different if we kill them in turn? And you don't get your loved ones back doing so. Laws don't do you a lot of good if they are unethical or lack the proper enforcement. Executing adults is one thing, putting children to death is something different, especially since their brains haven't fully matured yet. Punishment and justice for the victims is fitting, but child execution is disproportionate.

  • @lurconis666 1st degree murder or felony murder is a mandatory life sentence in the majority of states in the United States. This was put into law by state legislatures. There are some states in the United States that have the death penalty. I think these people knew what they were doing. Kids are told at a young age murder is wrong. The good thing about the death penalty is there is no recidivism. Can't do the time, don't do the crime.

  • You better like sucking dick

  • i accidently stabed the guy 10 times and cut his body up and tried to dispose it.

  • When your 17 you know the difference between right and wrong - I pity these parents but these are murderers - so so very sad

  • usa wants more taxes

  • The case of Ashley Jones, who was 14 when she killed, illustrates the seriousness of many crimes that result in for-life sentences.

"One night in August 1999, Jones and her 16-year-old boyfriend, Geramie Hart, angered by her family's disapproval of their relationship, went to her home in Birmingham, Alabama. They set her grandfather on fire with lighter fluid, stabbed him and shot him dead."

SEE? THESE KIDS REALLY ARE HARDENED CRIMINALS!

  • @Geenu5 the great thing about the death penalty is there is no recidivism.

  • @Geenu5 And Ashely would be defended by the courts if she had experienced statuatory rape since the laws say she wasn't really old enough to consent. That's a hell of a switch. You're old enough for some things, but not others. My, my.

  • @Geenu5 That is a tough case, but guess what, she isn't an example of all of these kids. You can't use one case as justification for them all.

  • those poor kids... i'm soo sad for them i'm only 19 but i had my best friend go to jail. I feel for these kids. its a cruel fuked up world we live in.

  • Hard to believe the liberals who are commenting on this topic don't want to hold criminals responsible.

Most liberals always try to blame something else instead of the individual.

  • You don't know the details of these cases. Erik Jensen didn't even kill anyone-- he walked in on a murder in progress and at best, participated in a cover-up. The people murdered had abused their son physically and sexually and were finally killed by him.

Many of these teens were sentenced under the felony murder rule, which makes any participant in a felony responsible for deaths that occur during the commission of the underlying crime, regardless of whether the participant caused them.

  • @NaturalGrace thats correct and he dont deserve life but he should have called the police and reported it instead of helping his friend clean up the crime scene and he wouldnt have even served a day thats his own stupidity he shouldnt have gotten involved i hope he thinks it was worth it while hes sitting in prison.

  • Yearh. It's age fascism.

  • Killers have no rights. Period. Yes, there are constitutional rights for all citizens. But when you violate constitutional rights of other, then forget about your's. In any murder case, premeditation is a defining element that is taken into consideration regardless of the age of a criminal.

  • "But when you violate constitutional rights of other, then forget about your's."

That isn't how it works at all. I'm amazed that you think this is the case.

  • Even the worst kind of human is still human.

Is 1984 just date of birth, or perhaps it shows what you believe society should look like?

  • Funny how kids magically know better when they turn 18. When they are 17 years, 11 months and 29 days old they don't know better according to this.

  • This video is just typical liberal nonsense. They refuse to hold the individuals responsible for their crimes.

  • Like the defenders of Vahagn Setian:-)

  • Months have different numbers of days.

  • They have not exhausted their appeals. A radical split in this country is coming to the United States of America due to the injustice of this nation's government - ruled by globalists. If I am in position of leadership, every case will be examined. Any accidental murder - that was truly accidental - will be pardoned. Jails will be emptied in the days to come - because a radical change - true change - is coming to the USA. If I am not a leader, someone like me will be. GRACE.

  • We see how well the change with Barrack Husein Obama is going.

  • I promise real change. I promise real care for the poor. I promise real prosperity. I promise real equal opportunity. I promise real wealth creation and real freedom.

I promise separation from this nation. And I will pardon many and empty the jails.

I ponder what I would do if I was the President of a new nation seceding from this nation. You never know... if I'm not... someone like me will be. :)

  • No matter what you try to do, you will still have the same number or poor people as compared to rich people.

America love it or leave it.

  • Actually, I think a better study of poverty could be done. The first thing to understand is central banking. Our founders fought to break free from the Bank of England. Free of bankers, usury, and moneychangers, societies prosper. Central banking is the #1 cause for poverty worldwide - as wealth is congregated in the hands of the banksters. Banksters gain power to pull wealth out of entire nations working through govts. Bankers/Corporations use govt power to get rich by govt forced monopoly.

  • The second area of study relative to poverty is industrialization, power sources, natural resources and manufacturing. In todays world, through industrialization and manufacturing through industrialization - we have great power to generate and create wealth. If we are not doing so - look for bankers in government to be suppressing access of the people to the benefits of industrialization & manufacturing. Banksters who have a monopoly do not want a society to advance to break free of them.

  • I believe it is necessary to examine willful, intentional forces of power which seek to generate and maintain poverty. Corporations (bankers) with a monopoly of power over the people of nations - they don't want those people to advance and come out of poverty to become free and prosperous. Rather, those with a monopoly of power/money tend to want to disempower people, and impoverish the people, in order to enslave them. Power corrupts. People in power want the masses kept ignorant and poor.

  • What keeps people in poverty are these liberal policies. There is no incentive to get off the system. If people had to fend for themselves it would be a different ball game. All these policies have done is keep people poor and less educated.

I think the rich guy has just as much right to his money as the poor guy has to his.

These people in this video do not want to hold criminals responsible for their crimes.

  • mg... I agree that what keeps people in poverty these days are liberal policies. However, what makes people rich these days is governmental influence - and the govt intervening in markets on behalf of those with influence. This government does not maintain a free market system. This govt is a market maker for those criminals who have gathered to the public trough. They control the underclass as a voting block. They willfully keep them poor thru policies to gain power as the ruling elite.

  • is this your election campaign?

sorry but it's funny how you're promising change to america and justice for all - seeing how many people have tried and are still working on that. serving justice to more than 200 million americans isn't as easy as you wish it were. although i like your positive argument and truly: i wish it were that simple. for all of us....

  • The foundation of how to effectively produce true justice and liberty for all is in individual freedom. It's a daring enterprise. The people who receive such power of freedom and liberty must, by their own free will, seek the greater good. I propose freedom and liberty, the creation of prosperity, and a gift-based economy. I propose also to release sufficient power of grace to produce a truly noble polis. It truly is that simple - and is about to emerge. A new nation is about to be birthed

  • america is now nazi amerika

  • Love it or leave it.

  • That's stupid. If something is wrong, you should fix it, not abandon it.

  • There are some people in prison who do not belong out in society.

This video proves the UN is a joke.

  • a guy with 16 or 17 is old enough to understand what he's doing and knows the consequenzes, all the other justifications are worse! If they not regret, they should pay for their crime and get hanged public like in iran!

  • Don't murder anyone and you won't go to prison for life.

  • Lot of stupid people claim 17 years is too young to know better:-)

  • Thinking about the case with Lane Garrison.

  • @pluemerant its people like u that make the world an awful place to live in :] of course u know wut ur doing when ur 16 or 17 years old but ur still just a little kid... you understand what it means to be alive but not what it means to live in the REAL WORLD some of these kids killed by accident .. they were to young to understand what was going on or even be able to reflect on who they were killing. also.. irans a 3rd world country for reasons like that :]

  • @Fartmastergb don't murder anyone and you won't get locked up for life. If these bleeding hear liberals think they are so harmless, then let these animals live with them.

Can't do the time, then don't do the crime. This video also proves the UN is a big joke.

  • Welcome to AmeriKKKa.

  • There is a saying. America love it or leave it.

  • lol

  • hey people wake up these r children .They dont deserve to be in jail 4 life think about your own kids or your younger siblings. wat happens if the kid is retarded or autistic or something do u think they sould be in jail 4 life rotting in cages like animales in a zoo.

  • Can't do the time don't do the crime. The offenders in this video were not retarded or autistic.

This video proves the UN is a joke.

Have liberals ever heard of the term "Personal Responsibility."

  • Psychologists claim that the human mind doesn't mature to the point of fully weighing consequences until the age of 25.

  • Once an individual reaches a certain age they understand right from wrong.

Can't do the time then don't do the crime.

  • Nobody can do time, because time isn't a verb!

  • That is just a liberal way to say people should not be held accountable for there crimes.

  • They say so much...

  • hmmmmmm

  • Why don't these liberals allow these offenders to move in with them?

  • @mg5679 Buddy, i would do that in a heartbeat for any of these kids! In a heart beat. You can't tell the difference between a bad person and a kid who makes a mistake!

  • Where are the crocadile tears loser...and you fatfuck are innocent like everyone else in the greybar hotel.

  • @repelghosts tell your mom , I'm sorry I turned her into a whore, you would know who your daddy is if I hadnt.

  • I will say this coming from a 30 year old black male growing up I learned a very wise lesson from my father when i was in my teens "Keep your black ass out of the system". These kids should have known better and deserve what they get.

  • bad kids deserved to be sexually abused in prison? for being stupid or weak? whats the hell's wrong with you?

  • funny how everyones white lol ..well i guess the record proves true we like slavery and punishement we get off on it lol..this country needs serious help

  • America is the greatest country in the world. The UN is a joke and it has been proven over and over again.

If you can't do the time then don't do the crime.

Got any better ideas on what we should do with these offenders who committ hanious crimes like murder and rape.

  • murder is murder.

    serve the time.

  • and money for the prisons. Guilty = put the guys to the gallows and hang them! At the same hour they get their judgement.

  • I hear a lot of people complaining that these minors were sentenced to life to prison. If they were convicted by a jury then the jury saw something we did not see and the prosecutor did a good job proving the offense beyond a resonable doubt.

In the majority of states first degree murder is mandatory life in prison regardless of age. Plus the judge is bound by the law to give this sentence by law.

Complaining about how unfair this is will not solve the problem.

  • This video also proves the UN is a joke.

  • A lot of liberals claim that life in prison or the death penalty is not a deterant. Yes it is cause they can't do it again.

Prison or death row is a great place for these pieces of garbage.

  • a deterrant would keep the individual from committing the crime in the first place, not from repeating it you dumb shit

you don't even know what these words mean

  • Typical liberal.

  • yeah i know, being intelligent and knowing what words actually mean, typical liberal

but hey, we've gotten off topic, have you decided to come out of the closet yet? really if you keep repressing that gay impulse, you're just going to drown yourself in semen when you finally let go

besides, you'll finally be able to enjoy those spandex-clad beefcakes in the way you've always wanted to, pants off with cock in hand, jacking it furiously to every suplex and piledriver

  • Is that the best thing you can come up with.

  • not quite, i'm just not trying anymore because at this point you're just a dog chasing tails, funny for a while but ultimately stale, smelly, and slobbery

    i like this one though:

'fuck you pig motherfucker fuck israel'

  • You are an idiot and a poor excuse of a human being. You are a liberal plus antisemetic.

  • America is great the UN sucks.

  • All these bleeding heart liberals refuse to blame individuals for there bad behavior. Liberals feel that it is law enforcements fault, the victims, and societys fault that these people commited there crimes.

  • They should have picked college over prison.

  • fuck america, and fuck you too

  • what do i do

  • Drone81 are you an American? America love it or leave it.

    America is the greatest country.

  • Drone81 you should move to North Korea. You would fit in well over there you communist pig.

  • Oh, and Blitzkreig, you said, "if you don't commit crimes you don't go to prison"....GOD DAMN, you are a fuckin' idiot...you really believe that everyone in prison is guilty??? And what about the statistic they quote at the beginning of this video...over 2000 kids in U.S. but only 12 in the whole rest of the world???? Jesus, what does that say about our system???? My God...oh and believe me, the UK is a bunch of scumbags too...their CAFCASSS or CPS system is corrupt as hell.

  • dude i agree whit man. blitz is a fucken-bitch he is so a stupid asshole!!!!

  • Blitzkreig, you are a fucking moron. To say that "an eye for an eye" bullshit...so if you are driving down the road and a kid runs out in the street and you kill them...."well, an eye for an eye" you should be gone forever? Idiot...these are kids...and if you are gonna treat them as adults, they should have all the rights and priviledges of adults. Of course, when judges and attorneys fuck people out of their rights, justice should be served on those asses TOO! eye for an eye right?

  • you do the crime do the time no exeptions...an eye for a eye...these gys are killers they diserve it...the people they killed also have families now imagin if they killed someone u loved...what would be ur sentence to him...death..thouth so

  • hey it's great that you assume that everyone is as hateful and vengeful and bloodthirsty and downright primitive as you are

    but they aren't

and going by the justice systems around the world, 90% of which do not sentence children to death for any crime, I'd guess most of the world isn't with you on this one either

  • If you don't commit crimes you don't go to prison. It's not America putting a person in prison. It's the person. If you commit an adult crime you get adult punishment. What's so hard to understand about that?

  • Well, why don't we just open the door to allow alcohol sales to 10 and 12 year olds? Why not let them vote? They have brains like adults and can make decisions like adults. Is that what you are saying? What's so hard to understand about that??

  • Hey numnuts, There are these things called laws mostly to proctect other and some times to protect people{espcialy minors} from them selves. That is why we don't let them drink or vote under age.

  • i argree

  • If innocent people didn't get put in jail, the innocence project and similar efforts wouldn't be freeing a shitload of people from death-fucking-row

god damn are you 12 or have you never left your house ever, because seriously, you're an incredibly ignorant and/or stupid motherfucker

  • If you don't want to go to prison then don't break the law.

The UN is a joke anyways.

  • did you think this up during a pro wrestling commercial break or what

  • Nope I am stating a fact. I think murders should be either put to death or life in prison.

We will se how liberal some of these people will be when one of these monsters kills one of there family members.

The UN is a joke anyways.

  • otoh you watch pro wrestling

that pretty much invalidates any opinion you would ever have

seriously, you watch pro fucking wrestling

  • Yes I do watch wrestling. What does this have to do with my opinion on this topic.

Do yiou have a better solution to this problem. What happened if one of these monsters killed one of your family members? What would you want done if this happened?

  • well, if someone murdered a family member, i would remind myself that first, i'm not a bloodthirsty bastard and second, i'd probably be the least qualified person on the planet to determine what that individual's punishment should be because i couldn't be objective

at least, that's what i did when my uncle was murdered, you ignorant little shit

but let's not forget that this is about you and your love for men in tights, to which i say: watch?v=-_VVVTmiWFo&feature=channel_page

  • I am sorry your uncle was murdered. I see that we have a differance of opinion.

I am in favor of the death penalty or life without parole for child molesters and murders.

  • oh so once someone actually answers that question you didn't think was actually going to be answered, you're all 'well i guess it's just a difference of opinion, it's not that i was totally and completely wrong in all of my assumptions up until this point'

get fucked you backpedaling adolescent turd

  • You are fucking worthless piece of shit. I was trying to be nice to you asshole.

I hope you get terminal cancer or full blown AIDS you piece of shit.

  • dude you should lay of the roids, you're never going to be like the ultimate warrior no matter how angry you get

  • What the heck is your problem?

    You are an idiot.

  • my problem is your fucked up idea that somehow the justice system is about serving the revenge fantasies of testosterone fueled authoritarian jackasses like yourself, and if i can't get you to see what's wrong with your view, then i'm willing to settle for casually manipulating you and making you angry at anonymous people on the internet

but seriously you watch pro wrestling and should seek professional help, at the very least you shouldn't stay in the closet, just admit you're gay already

  • If a person murders someone in cold blood then in my opinion they should be put to death or at least given life in prison without the possibility of parole. There is no rehabilitating these people. I feel the same about child molesters.

Do you have a better idea of what to do with these people?

    I am not gay.

  • yeah i know right nobody could ever rehabilitate the founder of the crips, i mean dudes like that are just messed up

except oh shit, he was rehabilitated

    you are dumb

  • Arnold told Tookie Williams he was terminated. Tookie shouldn't have murdered those people.

Are there some laws that need to be reformed. Without a doubt yes.

If you can't do the time don't do the crime. Individuals are responsible for themselves.

  • way to miss the point that rehabilitation and reformation are possible

no seriously you need to stop with the denial stuff, you watch grown men in spandex sweat all over each other, you can't get more homoerotic

it's ok to be gay dude, we won't make fun of you, i'm just worried that you'll keep repressing it and when all that man love comes rushing out you'll just go nuts and bangbangbang and end up with a prolapsed rectum or something

denial's not good for you man, come out already

  • Dude I am not gay.

    Grow up.

What makes you an expert in this profession?

Obvisouly you are one of these liberals who is opposed to holding individuals accountable for there actions.

  • the more you deny it, the more your true rainbow colors shine through. it's just sad to watch, honestly

  • Is that the best answer you got.

What makes you think that all offenders can be rehabilitated?

You have to hold individuals accountable for there actions. Choices have consequences.

What do you suppose we should do? Do you have a better idea?

  • i never said all offenders can be rehab'ed. what makes you think no offenders can be rehabilitated? you did say that.

nor did i ever say we shouldn't hold people accountable, or that there shouldn't be consequences

you are creating false dichotomies out of thin air, which is what children do, which is why i'm treating you like a child, something you seem to not understand about this video

    yet again, you are dumb

and you are also repressing your homosexuality

  • You never answered the question. What do you think should be done to these offenders?
