A perfect game means the least amount of shots were taken to win, ie. 9 darts in 501 or 6 darts in 301. The big difference here is that in real-world '01 you generally have to double out which (thankfully) makes it harder and more mathematically complex to close out than simply landing an easy 1 at the end. So for 301, one of the many possible "perfect" closers would be T20+T20+T20, T20+T11+D14.

You can't throw a "perfect game" using only bullseyes in '01. Check out my previous post. Bulls are really only significant in cricket when you're trying to close it at the end of the leg.

Because if you have 61 left with two darts in your hand and hit single 7 you won't be on a double, treble 11 on the other hand leaves double 14 or single 11 leaves bull.
