I have only seen one man on earth who is as in love with his guitar as Tommy and that is John Butler. I think Tommy is better, but my god, John Butler is one hell of a guitarist too.
Both are highly innovative acoustic guitar players from Australia...hmm...
He uses delay and very high reverb in this piece. He's also learned how to control feedback. He tunes down his guitar to C# specifically for this piece.
