4-Stroke engine with Teflon layered rotary valves

Neat. I have a design I'd like to test out that uses a form of rotary valves too. Problem is I'm not even sure as to where I'll be able to find a place to get the parts custom made for me. I hardly have the space at all for a machine shop here.
