just to let you know, you should never stop underneath an overpass. the winds from a tornado actually increase under the bridge, cause the bridge turns it into a sort of wind tunnel.
Curious as I am, but also cautious, I still think I would have driven a little closer to get a much closer look. The video makes them seem so far away. I've never seen a tornado, but I would love to!!
Actually, the third one stayed the same tornado but became a multivortex, which is pretty common in big tornadoes. I've seen a few of them here in Louisiana. Being under an overpass is pretty dangerous too, you're better off going in a ditch.
nice video, the same day i had chased the tornado that hit wadena and amor, and a couple days ago i was in there for the cambell tornado and and the one that touchdown near ashby minnesota. not all of the ones in this video are tornados some are just funnels, and for future reference the bridge is the worst spot you could ever be during a tornado lol. my facebook profile is (trever d wahl) to add me but the page name is chasing wahl clouds
