@finl412 Yer mate i hope u have a fun time geting done up the arse by bob brown u soft cock. If u dont like it soft cock don't buy pig meat, go eat grass or some shit. Go piss in ur boots, u probs just some fat hippie who wants everyone to be as unhappy with there lives as u are.
@cricket279 YES! GO VEGAN! Plant vegetables for humans to eat on every inch of the country that doesn't have a building on it (that's what it would take to supply us all), and then the deer, foxes, rabbits, birds and every other (apparently worthless) woodland creature can lose their habitat and STARVE TO DEATH! YES! GO VEGAN!
How many vegans do you know who are also logistics majors? That many, huh?
You obviously don't realize how much of our current cropland is used to feed livestock. You don't seem to be a logistics major either, if you couldn't figure out that the animals people eat had to be fed. Being vegan means that you use LESS cropland than a meat-eater. When you eat meat, you need to figure in how much that animal ate. (1 pound of corn DOES NOT equal 1 pound of meat).
After watching the films "7-The dirtiest bathroom anywhere? " & " Toilet pigs and food - Tribe - BBC" I admit toilet pigs are cutie and every family should has a toilet pig in their washroom.

You call it prison but I work on a pig farm those pigs do not have a hard like they are in crates yes but even when let out into pens they just lay there and only get up to eat that is all they want to do. If they were not in the crates they would lay on all there baby's I spend an hour a day just watching for layons and that is with the crates.
@kevyy13 When the pigs are in group pens, what stimuli and objects do they have? Do they have straw or other bedding material to root around in? Do they have balls, chew toys, or other objects to interact with? If not, that could be a reason why they just lie around.
If people want to pay more for their pork then house each pig in its own little hut out in a grassy field somewhere. Keep the factory farms for the rest of us.
I didn't realise the Australian Police had such good housing compared to over here. However I'm sure the pigs in Australia are just as corrupt as over here.
I would love to have a rational pasture system for pigs but it does not pencil out people do not want to pay more for their food plus you lose a lot of the fertilizer and what you have is not really spread out uniformity
That was a horrible nasty outdoor environment for hogs in the mud and cold where they can destroy the sod and cause the erosion of thousands of years of top soil. That is a waste of resources.

"Do they eat pork in australia"
Nah, they just house them because they've got nothing better to do and money grows in the trees.
