This is very moving and sad - We US soldiers regret innocent deaths in Iraq - and have often risked our lives to protect these civilians from insurgents who want to randomly kill the innocent. The policy, followed every time I have been a witness, is for the military to never target civilians.

Perhaps you can make a video about the attacks in Mumbai - where Islamic extremists targeted and deliberately attached innocent civilan men and women, elderly and children, and reveled in their deaths?

I dont understand what exactly this video is supposed to mean. I fought for my country, based on allegience and partially revenge for 9-11. But know that no person prays more for peace than the soldier. Outside seeming hard and ruthless; the warrior characteristics. What does an individual soldier do when a child points an AK-47 at him or her? You see no bravery because you know not what it is. If you dony like the war that is fine and there I am in agreement with you, but dont hate the soldier.

I see where you're coming from, truly. Consider, however, that soldiers are the striking arm of the government and therefore many atrocities have been caused - by the soldiers directly - but only as instructed by their superiors.

You can say no soldier wants to do these things, but pictures say a thousand words. Soldiers are symbolized, and american soldiers are becoming hated around the world because the represent opposing policies to most of the rest of the world.

I will hate the soldier when there were so many accounts of soldiers needlessly murdering members of the Iraqi public, torturing them, and raping them. The things that went on over there that wern't to do with self-defense and were awful and those soldiers should feel ashamed of themselves.
