In the context of my cartoons, the number 1023 has no relation to Geoff (it is my birthday, 10/23), it is only coincidental that the number pops up in Geoff-centered cartoons. For Geoff personally, the number could have a connection, you're right; we can't know for sure. You're just interpreting the response in a different manner.
