If you've got access to woodworking tools (bandsaw/jigsaw, router & sander), you can make your own by gluing two pieces of 14mm plywood together or 3 pieces of relatively the same size that totals 28mm thickness. Leave to dry for 24 hours then measure out the ring with a geometry compass or stencil then cut using bandsaw (preferred) or the jigsaw. Clean up with sander to get completely round then use a rounded router bit to take the edges off to make a ring. Pretty easy, just need the tools.

I believe they are called Elite Rings II - I think amazon and others carry them. Hope that helps!
