Yes, it is a beautiful plane.. No doubt it would have seen action in Europe too, had the war continued for longer! The USAAF 8th Air Force had one such bomber on trial, to see if the excisting UK airfields could cope with the large planes.. the conclusion was that most runways had to be extended. It was also flying as part of a hoax, to trick the Germans into believeing that the B-29 soon would come to the ETO.. One day I'm going to build a model of one in 1/72, I hope!! :)
