wikid tunes...... :0) - music these days (in the charts etc) is mass produced and all sounds the same, produced by the likes of Guetta and Sweedish house mafia.... has elements of dance, trance, house, rock, rnb etc... i.e. a bit of everything to appeal to more people to make more sales........ cack!
omg lmao i have this one, many a nite spent parked on a farmers concete pad miles from anywhere dancing round cars with boots open blasting tunes whilst more spaced than pluto !!!! XD
Back 2 wen I was 13,....had this series......... sounded soooo good :) <3 Trip 2 moon ( all 3 of them) ...just ebayed this cd, it's on way!!! Oi oiiiiiiii :D
This mix was one of the best i got these days. I live in a low-profile electronic music country, but not problem when you like good music. Maniac Stampede's bass part
Reminds me of being 13 and going with mates to fields in the middle of nowhere. Back end of the good illegal stuff and start of the big promoters for me.
WOW! I didn't know so many peoples knew about HIT THE DECKS! We got the box set when that shit dropped. Most is slamming (except the absolute DOG SHIT TWO LITTLE BOYS GARBAGE) and the Krome n Time mix is one of the best if not THE best mix!
@conormccarry Sorry, man, Two Little Boys' shit was MAD cheesy while the rest of the stuff on Hit The Decks was cutting-edge electronic music. But like you said, to each their own. But here's another little aphorism: there's no accounting for taste. LOL! (I suppose you could aim that at ME as well...but I have IMPECCABLE taste!)
Anyone got the whole compilation still??....Mine went "walkies" years ago :( ...... "I cant Believe this Feelin!!'" >> Its a London Sumfing Dis! Forever :)
Krome and time live were superb and well under rated going by how easy it is to find their mixes online, but i must say i think Megabass mix is best on HTD 3 of course mega bass were The Tidy boys before they went into hard house
part of a james bond theme it was a rmx ep think it was the one with the red label it is on youtube and it starts the track i think as well as appesrs in the middle as well
HTD III was by far the best of the HTD catalogue , previous 2 had only been Megabass v 2 little boys , with vol 3 it evolved with "serious" Dj's like slippmat n the Cox contributing, many believe the Krome & Time (this one) was the best of all.Great upload charly 5*'s
I have the Moonshine (Former US Label) version of hit the decks III, where this and a number of other mixes go head to head for supremacy - from 92 and it is certainly one of the best cds in my collection. The Megabass mix is even better if that is possible..
yah like mine twist dials for pitch belt driven and a made 2 fade mixer, hardcore is easy to mix anyway, said to be one of the easiest styles to mix!, shouldnt need a computer to mix hardcore.
Hardcore is far from easy to mix, you have a go & see how you get on?! due to the less then perfect programmin & difeernt kinds of beats its actually one of the hardes genres of music to beat mix for long periods of time. Happy Hardcore on the other hand is a piece of piss!
hardcore its easy to mix the beats arnt defined so you dont have to line it up like you would with say a trance record, where it needs beat mixing, hardcore doesnt.
No way!! Gotta love the time machine record shop that is youtube. Big up's for posting mate

HamburgerTrain11: the track at 5:10 is Acen - Trip to the Moon (part 3). It may also occur in previous parts of the same track.
I miss the chipmunk/helium-induced lyrics, like Ragga style jungle...
