  • that is the longest car i have ever seen

  • Thank you for not using belly button 350 Chevy engines

  • MOPAR OR NO CAR!

  • I want it

  • That things long as a 3 week payday.

  • Jethro Clampett would be proud.

  • Hell yeah, keepin' it Mopar!

  • on the road again :) with willie nelson :) thats just an awsome song :)

  • Props for using Mopar small blocks and not a couple of 350s like everybody else.

  • That's going to be fun at the 'ol drive thru !!

  • u need some big ol slikes in the back of that beast!

  • cheap to drive now that the gas price is at it's all time high

  • I'm sure glad that you pointed out the "extremely long wheelbase" cuz I missed that..

  • 2 is always better.

  • you cant turn that thing around in a ball feild

  • @galaxie63punk you just hit the gas and sling the rear eng around

  • dontcha just love how every 1 who comments is apparently an 'expert mechanic'

  • it looks like what a teenage eddie munster would drive for his first car.

  • @phoenixman8569 im totly driving that rat

  • rat rod limousine service?

  • does the twin motors offer more than one? my thinking is that you have two motors and one is restricted by the other. Yeah its bad ass and yeah it probably hauls ass a 360 is a beast, i have a 340 in my car, its not a rat but its pretty sweet. Really i'm just wondering about the idea of the twin motors.

    Thanks

  • turning radius??? lol

  • OK, I have been watching this for quite a while now. How is progress coming?

  • Its the Beverly hillbillies limo

  • Don't imagine she's gonna be hitting the slalom any time soon but damn that's cool!

  • looks like a wheel barrow in the cockpit

  • very cool guys.....wanna follow this as you progress along with it. 2 thumbs up...

  • to dumb ass rigimp you need to study the history of what hot rodding was all about before you run mouth about something you know nothing about. this was done before big blocks came along fucking idiot

  • Hey man, kudos to you for using mopar motors, it gets boring to see everyone and their mother use a small block chevy. Lovin the attitude of this ride.

  • --)> Dodge Brothers? Two 360's? Man you are awesome. You like pushing the boundaries don't you?

-- Give us a test drive when she's drivable okay?

  • looks like something out the wacky racers

  • whats the deffinition of a rat rod lol

  • needs some kind of suspension hahaha, and some stacks

  • I WANNA SEE ROLLING COOL GREATH WORK

  • Man who is your machinest Harry Potter?

  • cool...bright idea to have a back up engine in case one fail

  • how would you get both engines to run in sync?

  • @threetwentynine it would be quite hard to get it but if you got the timing on the belts just rite and the use the fly wheel to run thru the crank shaft of the other engine i think it would work but you would have to do alot of timing on it to get it perfect for it to actuly work otherwise you would get horrid knocking and more likely blow both engines

  • @maskedwiggy Ya that makes sense I think it would be more work than it's worth but still a cool idea I think I'll stick to my single 350 haha

  • Good luck with that shit.

  • Undriveable...

    stupid

  • longer than a ford excursion!!....lol!

  • she's long, what's the turning radius?

  • good to see that theres somebody out there that keeps it mopar instead of inbreading to chevy

  • Very cool!

  • ive seen few guys doing this 2 engine thing...maybe there is even 3 or 4 or 5....let me search hmmmm

  • reminds me of "Big Al" ...the extremely chopped'34 ford with an allison V12

  • Is this piece of shit 'finished' yet?

  • Must be a nightmare to park? Lovely car though.

  • how the vagina did you connect two engines to one transmision?

  • @braaaaaap2234 you connect the crank shafts together

  • Why not just restore the car so it doesn't look like shit?

  • how the fuck would this work may i ask?

  • how would the front run with out a tranny?

  • About 30 yrs ago, somebody I knew then had a stock '17 Buick Phaeton... was on his way to the New York State Fair... got ticketed for going 70 in a 55 on the New York Thruway... He told the cop to write neatly cause he was gonna frame it... it's on the sho-card... still!

  • looks like something from the munsters

  • @mrcool242 I was also wondering how to mate 2 engines together in sequence..i was tryin to see what he was using but the camera never got to focus there....

  • Looks like a nice weding drive :)

  • give you 10k for it

  • weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee doggie hey jethro ? isnt that thing a weebit long ? granny come take a look at this contraption jethros dun went and built himself ?

  • pretty bad ass.. id like to see that baby finished :) ( though they really never are.. and that's the beauty.) :D

  • How long until Miss Daisy gets to be driven in the back

  • its soooooooooooooo long, you chould call it the redneck limo =]

  • hey message me back on how you linked the two motors together please

  • video doesn't play past 2 seconds - reported to youtube

  • Rad!

  • For the love of GOD man!!!!Step away from the crack pipe! Your an idiot!!!!

  • how u going to keep em cool.

  • It might be a bit apt to tip over . . . .

  • Kudos to you for using Mopower the 360's are my favorite any Idiot can drop in a chevy or crate motor , you have style.

  • no 1 gives a shit about what it has we just want to see it run

  • lol "extremly long wheelbase" well we kinda figured that out. (not being mean)

  • that there is a scary thought of useing 2 360 engines your looking about at least 500 hp and min of 640 foot lbs torque

  • well, not to put smoke up your bottom, but havnt you answered your own question?

  • watch out for those corners..

  • why not just 1 massive big block that would do what them 2 would do and more

  • That would be too easy

  • @No1Beaver Agreed. If displacement is all you are after, then a massive engine would fit the bill. But, tandem engines are always an opportunity for a true gear head to explore the realm of combined harmonics and meshed pulses of power events. All V8's have crazy firing orders just to run correctly, and not all manufacturers use the same. These two particular engines would do well with a synchronous firing order, shared intake manifold pressure, and a single ignitor signal for two dizzy's.

  • @No1Beaver the paper thin tires will do great with that much horsepower your gonna have

    haha

  • @rigimp 2 engines are better its looking super

  • @rigimp To easy lol, why take the easy way out haha. and 2 is so much more exciting.

  • @rigimp need one engine for each row of seats!

  • @rigimp so whats a massive big block idiot

  • @sewallm60 well a "massive big block" might be an engine you might see on a top fuel drag car, or a "massive big block" might be an engine that you might see between the fenders that could send a 65' cadillac deville down the 1/4 mile under 10 secs, or in this case a "massive big block" that would substitute the trouble of using 2 engines and either creating the same amount of power or more than 2 small blocks.

  • @sewallm60 but only a "massive" "idiot" would have no clue what "massive big block" means interms of a figure of speech and know nothing more than a "massive" piece of junk, known to an "idiot", like a honda.

  • @rigimp Who else has one of these? Not me. Rat rods are unique.

  • @fasttruck93l I have a rat rod! I have a 1939 International with a 351 Windsor,c-6 automatic and a G.M 10 bolt rear. I wanted to do something a little different from the everyday small block chevy with a 9 inch Ford that you see at every stop sign. I have some miscelaneous mopar parts on there too and everyone loves it! I'll make some videos and post them on here when it warms up

  • @rigimp i agree but still i think its cool like how often do u see 2 motors eh :P

  • @rigimp why not 2 massive big blocks

  • sweet!!! hope those engins dont twist that frame lol 5/5/

  • hows the front end suspension hooked. I would like to see one rat rod with an old ford pick up rear end and cab and with duallys lol just some things that looks too goofy and bad ass

  • Do you have any pics to share?

  • @No1Beaver

no he doesnt even have a civic

  • @No1Beaver no cause hes full of shit !

  • @jungle307 lol thats the most retarded setup. a nos kit on a v8. its not a 1.3L rice burner dumbass.Unsuccessful troll is Unsuccessful.

  • @Bamchucknorris check out his profile... his about me: i am 14 years old, i live in Canada. i have alot of video's but have no time to upload them

im sure he doesnt have shit

  • @jungle307 ....let me paste your About me in here: "i am 14 years old, i live in Canada. i have alot of video's but have no time to upload them"

...and you have 1 of those exactly like that but just alot better? ..... bullshit!

  • @jungle307 Sorry, but of all reasons, why would you put Chevy Motors into a dodge frame? That is one of the worst things. I am saying this IF you even have one.

  • @jungle307 hahaha bullshit

  • @jungle307 no you don't you fuckin douche

  • @wendyspwnsu

    wanna bet ass hole?

  • @jungle307 1000$ bones ill send you in the mail if you prove it asshole... i swear to god i will...

  • MAKE 6 WHEELS

  • Sure to be slow as piss and handle like balls.

  • I like mopar 360! Its fun that you dont use the chevy 350 like everyone else! Thumbs up!

  • it would have been mint if he could have started that old bitch up haha

  • man thats 1 long ass turd !!

  • Ain't this thing built yet ???

    How bout more pics ???

  • This shows that you can build a sweet ride from a bunch of mostly junk parts...

  • It's going to be quite the engineering feat to get those two mills working in synch.

However it is possible. It's been done before.

    Good luck and God Speed!

  • Is it air cooled?

  • This is going to be interesting. How are you tying your two engines together? i have seen industrial chain couplers used, as well as a viscous coupler, but curious what you are using. Hot Rod Mag built a twin 350 chev van years ago, using the chain method. Good luck! Don't worry about the flamers on here, they have yet to understand that IT'S NOT THEIR CAR\PROJECT! If they don't like it, they should keep their stupid comments for their own junk pile. How Juvenal.

  • lmfao

  • I love it!Please post more,as you get it built.

  • how does this and all other rat rods put disgrace to "true" hot rodders?

hot rodding is about making a fast machine you love, not conforming to rodding trends with 10,000 dollar paint jobs.

    nice fucking rod man!!!

  • This is where hot rodding started. People who don't know about rat rods need to brush up on their history.

  • I love it! not a fan of rat rods, but this is cool.

  • The scrapier the better

  • Your a fuckin idiot jnjdesign why are you talking?

  • You put shame on all TRUE hot rodders.

  • That's the plan!

  • y is that it a rat rod

  • what an abortion

  • Whats the purpose?

  • how do you just put two engines together, did you make some kind of contraption to attach the crankshafts together, it would be hard to time them in unison

  • Hooking two engines inline, is dangerous for two reasons: one is vibrations: when they resonate they can destruct each other, and two is, you'll be putting the double amount of torque through the crankshaft of the last engine.

In boats they sometimes connected two engines to one propeller shaft by putting a fluid clutch (simplified torque converter) on each crankshaft to smooth out the engine vibrations.

  • ahhahahaahaha i was born on that exact date, may 30th, 1990 at 6:00pm... holy fucking shit-this is amazing wow quite a quincidence

  • thats close to a V16 its a pitty you didnt use a caddilac body.. you could have called it the Bucaddi Veyrod......

  • very nice..i like that one

  • :-O

  • hey dude,lets go for a ride!!!! i drive:-)

äääh tell me how much HP????

  • How long is its wheelbase? 150+ inches?

  • A nimble 164"!!!

  • TURN IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • do you have a costum drive shaft?

  • at the end of the vid u can see it dont have a drive shaft

  • wow 2 engins!!!

  • lol i like this garbage on 4wheels

  • yea real dodge fan... but you dont like det The Dodge Brothers from 1918? strange man... the dodge are not all about the fansy cars like dodge Challenger from 1970... but challenger from 70 it my favorite but this one is special

  • kick ass! must be a bitch to parallel park though.

  • Oh NO! Somebody STRIPPED Herman Munsters car!
