It's so scary how she was there (Target) one minute, being forced into the car the next, then murdered. A happy, loving girl no doubt thinking only of the gift for her b/f's birthday, and her fate was sealed by Hall. In BROAD DAYLIGHT! RIP Kelsey, so young. Either way Hall will not able to KILL another woman!

i live very close to where kelsey was kidnapped and found my mother was fliered before they found her, we were glued to the tv for days till she was found, the only peace i founf was that her murdered pleaded gulilty last month however now he will not receive the death penalty for rape sodmy kidnapping and murder, pray for edwin hall's daughter and kelsey's family and boyfriend

I am a native of KC and this as well as Ali Kemp just made me so sad for the loss of a young life. My heart goes out to her friends and family that were robbed of her when she was snatched by a monster.

Honestly, if this were the only way to know about her, I'd rather not even have heard of her! However, I'm also glad I did in a weird way because it gave me a new outlook on life. Rest in peace, Kelsey. I love you and I wish I could've known you in this life. I'll see you in heaven when God calls my home (which I hope is a long time away.)

I'm a former resident of Leawood and was shocked by this case. I was also very angry because I'm a law abiding pistol conceal carrier.
Unfortunately, woman have only about a 5% chance of living if they cooperate with their kidnapper. Also, 18 year olds in KS cannot get a CCW until they hit age 21. Youth between the ages of 18-21 do vote and you should contact your local state rep and state sen asking that you be allowed to CCW.
