I think this video name is a bit misleading. Babylon didn't predict the events. The soothsayers of Nineveh (normal prophetic origination) didn't predict it, or give an interpretation of the dream (the apparatus of this prophecy). Now, we can say that the King did have the dream, but the interpreter was Daniel (of the Hebrew God). The threat of the soothsayers' deaths signifies the uniqueness and strangeness of the dream; certainly to show that Babylon was "not responsible" for the prophecies.
