I'm pretty sure I've seen this little girl in another video where she's dancing in her living room while her father is recording her. It's the same dance, and she does the same thing where she pulls out her hair elastics at the end.

I can't seem to find that video anywhere no more, but I'm certain that the girl is cut out from that video at pasted in to this one.

She didn't learn this- it was blue screened over her. They edited it to her acting crazy, and then dance teachers and everybody was edited in, and made up their own choreography. That's what's great about it.
