i've found the water boiled in carbon steel woks always comes out looking very dirty if you pour it into a glass after boiling. a stainless steel wok produces boiled water that stays clean. i have concerns about carbon steel woks being dirty and unclean for food. have i anything to worry about as the water from them is clearly dirty when boiled.
@lukygirl314 what's there not to understand....put water in bring to boil so steam cooks food. Experiment your self to find out how much water...little common sense goes a long way. I know in todays society common sense isn't on the front burner
