Ok this seems like a very good recipe,and I thank you for sharing. On the other hand, some of your techniques nasty. Like eating raw meat and not washing the veggies, but it looked great. Thanks!!!

I love using sausauge in meatloaf. You just have to drain it a bit during cooking, cuz it get's pretty liquidy.  But yummy recipe.
