@Showdouwn Yes, you can pick up a 2.5mm to 3.5mm jack at Radioshack for $3.99 and an aux cord for $4.99 at Radioshack. Pretty Easy. :D

Does this still work? I used the alternative method... 1. 3.5 to 3.5 cable and 1.3.5 female to 2.5 male adapter. Anyways as soon as i plug the other end of the 3.5mm plug into the iPod it says i don't have a mic in. Unless the new update detects that your not using a Xbox mic or Xbox affiliated mic,i dont know what i could be doing wrong. Any suggestions?

It was an accurate guide, although the Trash Talker device is obsolete. All you need is a 2.5mm Male to 3.5mm Female cord to connect your iPod Touch to your controller. An extra 3.5mm male/male wouldn't hurt either. It's so much fun to change your voice on xbox live.
