I don't understand. When we do -(void) createBudget we are creating a method. But after the colon we are making an argument? What's the difference? Can't I assign, say "4" to createBudget and aBudget withExchangeRate? Please reply.
AT the end of this lesson it is good to go back to your last xcode project to compare the differences between object based & procedural...helped me anyway !

is that made up by you, or is it made up by the system?
