  • Decsription- Agreed! From one D90 owner to another!!! Agreed!!

  • Comment removed

  • nice movie, but funny when the guy hiding behind lamp post! :D

  • next time shoot in HD

  • Nice work! :)

I have also a Nikon D90, but when I upload it at Youtube, then I can't choose to see it in HD. How do you do that?

  • Nikon just doesn't cut it with videos. Maybe with pictures yes definetly but not videos. Rolling shutter, exposure changes, and no stability and not mention no true HD, 1080, so return tihs and get a d7000.

  • @Linogq its video is great but not for fast action, if people are into action scenes, its not the camera to get, but besides that its great. yet, you should never buy the d90 just for its movie mode.

  • tras de ladron bufon!!! jejeje!!

  • how do you get your colour to show like this is it an effect or?

  • run forest run

  • nice color correction,!

check out my video on Dallas biking as well, recorded with a D90!

  • jittery :/ rather'd go with the canon 7d

  • Great job guys! You seem to have a natural talent for angles, zoom, clip lengths, focus and everything, Nicely done and keep it up!

  • Wonderful story, good acting, good scene compositions. Very well done.

    1) But please friend, tell me how you will do this " Auto-exposure has to be turned off!" Where is this button?

    2) Also, I made a very small movie, called " Nikon D 90 HD Movie 'Brown betta and Green bamboo" it is on youtube. Please take a look and tell me what you think?

    Wishing you Happy New Year!

  • @vacuum1234567 you have to go into the menu and set the ae lock to "hold" then set the ae lock timer to like 10 min. then you can press the ae lock button whenever you are happy with the exposure, essentially giving you manual control.

  • Nice, which settings did you use in Magic Bullet Looks?

  • I don't recall, I think it was mostly one of the presets.

  • Hey Kazbond!

When you are filming with your D90, use AE-(LOCK) to simply lock the exposure so it doesn't change when moving the camera around on different objects.

Example: At 0:26 and forward when filming the bike you see the exposure is ticking to get correct exposure.

    Good movie thought!

  • Sorry! Didn't see that comment above. Never mind what I wrote above, I think you know about that exposure already I think :)

    /Andreas

  • Hey!

Yeah, I'm fully aware of the AE-LOCK, but it was only that one clip which didn't have it enabled. It was our first time using the D90, so we are more experienced now.

Check out our Plan B - Trailer. That movie was shot only with D90's

  • cool what soundtrack did you use?

  • We used a song from "The Bourne Ultimatum". I wouldn't recommend doing so though, as it removed the sound in every country except the States.

  • By handheld do you mean just the camera, or did you use a shoulder mount? Nice vid though, looks good :)

  • Just the camera, no mounts. Just a test, though;)

  • kay, thanks. Did you use the kit lense or another?

  • With 'kit lense' you mean the lense that followed with the Nikon D90? In that case, no. As stated below, we used a Nikkon 50mm/f1.4

  • Oh, sorry, missed that :D Always read the comments, sorry :)

  • what lens did you use here?

  • We used a Nikkon 50mm with an aperture of 1.4

  • Using "Waterloo" resulted with the video being blocked in my country, so it's just you guys overseas who can enjoy it ^^

  • good job with the focussing!
