My 10th grade school teacher would scoff at such ammounts of food he was a 6ft tall about 210 lbs man fairly average in size you'd never imagine his intake was close to, if I remember right 3800 cal. To be fair... He didnt' have central air in his house and was (if not already involved) chopping wood for the fire, at all hours of the day outside of normal exercies, cardio and weight lifting. Man could survive the apocolypse, he was also around 80 years old, they don't make em like that anymore.
The Idea Behind this video is the calorie theory.. Please Guys Lets Stop This None Sence about calories in vs out!! There Is No Solid Scientific Proof that Calorie Deficit leads to weight loss!! if someone gains weight is Not Beacuse they eat more and do less.. So The Solution Is Not Eating Less and Doing More!! For More Infos Watch the Videos by Zoe Harcombe about calories
portion control is much easier as a fat burning metabolism eat a diet of 80% fat and 20% protein and mostly all the calories you eat will go straight to energy unlike if you ate a diet with carbohydrates where alot of your calories would be stored as fat and you would be left hungery. and why does this happen? insulin is the fat storing hormone a high fat diet, medium protein, low carb diet even at 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbohydrates is a low insulin diet there for you won't store any fat.

There is tons of evidence. That is stupid. Plus, putting a capital leter on all your words usually mean scam posts.

PORTION CONTROL is for example
1 boiled egg
1 bowl of steamed veggies
1 medium size fish
2 bananas
1 can of tuna
1 bread
1 handful of walnuts
that should give you the 1200 calories or even less !!!
absolutblue 2 years ago
@absolutblue 2 bananas? that's almost an entire weeks worth of (recomended) bananas
CandieBarr6669 4 months ago
You are not showing PORTION CONTROL on a 1200 calorie diet as your VIDEO TITLE trying to suggest.

Isnt the avarge daily intake like 2500 not 1200?
Amel10101 2 years ago
i was under the impresion that 2500 kcals was the dayly intake for an average man?
cookpassbabridge 3 years ago
Yes, but that's the base need.
That's how many calories you burn without the extra walking / blah blah, which then puts you to about 2 - 2.5k.

How about showing an average set of meals that's 1200 calories.
