@Yvesyew Yea man buy an ipad2 it has more ram and a better prossesor which means Zero lag :D (but dont 4get to buy a capacitative stylus, it will make it feel like a WACOM cintiq tablet :DDDDDD)
Don't forget to look at android tablets, they have more ram, faster processors, better specs and are cheaper (Asus transformer). The only problem with a recreational tablet vs. a WACOM is the lack of pressure sensitivity.
nice drawing, but isn't it a bit kindergarden, to draw with your finger???? the app sucks on Ipad, because of that, and yes, I know you can buy a pen...
@MrMaybeimdreaming100 Surely it doesn't matter what you use to draw your pictures? With real mediums people use so many different things from knife blades to brushes to utensils to get what they want. If he prefers to use his finger then he can use his finger?
@Twixxie120 Im sorry if it seemed like I was saying bad things to him... that was not my intention:) It is very nice what he draws, it is just that it is very weird to draw with fingers... thats all
I feel sorry for all of you caught up in the buying and trying (stylus) game all of these alleged stylus companies have you stuck doing. There’s only one stylus for touch screens and that’s STYLUS-R-US. They have 35 different styluses, all with the same tip that requires literally zero downward pressure. Stop blowing your money on crap and check out beststylusDOTcom. Now that’s something to tell others about.
is it me or the water and clouds are slightly too purplish? perhaps a darker purple would have been better. i'm not sure, it just doesnt seems right, but its actually pretty impressive overall.
Ipad is for people who like to have fun doing stuff with a computer and not worry about the technical stuff... Its really magical , ive been obsessed with mine for a month now and i dont see the end of it ! Cant waitnfor os4
amazing picture, i dont really like apple all that much (as a linux users), but i did buy an ipad just for this app, the iphone version on a friends phone really sparked my interest in drawing but the screen was too darn small. When i heard sketchbook made a version for the ipad, i bought one the same day...just for this app. Its really like a fully digital sketchbook app that fits in your bag....literally near professional grade drawing tablet.
TabletPC is only for prof. people. iPad is for .. for what? Bravading? Reading "newspaper"? A TablePC can read Devices, this peace of displayborder NOT.
I got one a long time ago, with 1,2 GHz and can be controlled by an pen.
iPad is a nice gimmic, but @IKAkiller: Don't talk about thinks badly when you never seen them before. TabletPC's are for people who need a handheld (building companies) with big Display, but compact and with an complete OS. The iPad is for people who .. who what? -.-
@Mindbyte I'm waiting until second generation comes out, when they add a camera (or two). I intend on using it as my main computer. iPad is for professionals too..there are plenty of productivity apps. I'm mainly excited for what it means about the (very near) future. I can't wait till I can get a MacTablet that runs the full OS...full Photoshop on a touchscreen? I'm there.
nice video, its really nice to see such good information on a vid, the true is you can buy USA iTunes gift cards for your new iPAD at this store, they are legit USA iTunes Gift card store, they deliver to me by email, and Fast, my advise to you :)
@aaroninclub Both of them has same multi-touch rate. The difference is the screen design and so... The iPad screen is more responsible than a Tablet PCs.
I get a kick outa people that compare the iPad to a tablet PC. First off, PC's are garbage. Second, tablet PC's are even bigger garbage because they use out-of-date technology that sucks the shit out of battery life and sacrifices processing power. The iPad does neither. It uses the latest technology to give the user a friendly interface to get any job done.
I understand not everyone needs an iPad, but don't knock it until you have a reason to.
@djnjoy Because tablet PC's are a joke? Maybe our friend enjoys reading, writing, browsing, drawing, playing and planning in a true multi touch environment.. Maybe you should stop trolling YouTube and draw something really fast on your tablet pc!
@djnjoy what Tablet PC do you use? I bought a HP tablet with Vista about two years ago to use with Photoshop. It was a nightmare to use. I sold it off and bought a Wacom pad for my Toshiba laptop.
I've tried the Ipad at a store. It's much faster and the screen is more responsive than my tablet. My only qualms are that it doesn't have pressure sensitivity and the lack of functions a lot of people are complaining about, but I may still get one.
@Pino4649 Check models offered by Lenovo and Gateway, they got tablets equipped with Wacom, Graphire class, which is still better than anything else on the market.

STYLUS-R-Us draws those fine lines ten times faster and better than the finger. And with no prints. Google Stylus-R-Us and watch their videos.

Great pic!
Just a few of questions:
No fill tool? I'm quit lazy and clumsy to be able to draw everything in.
Can I save the pics to photos?
Is it worth the money compared to other drawing apps?

@murkrowrob once u get into shading and detail, youll find the filling tool quite useless...
