I am not sure what the banking system is Russia are yet it seems history has shown that the infestation of the central bankers over the control of the personal property of every human being from their wealth from labors. I stay objective and I know Putin support some oligarchs but god he is such a speaker. I listen to politician everyday and few speak so frankly his remark on the reduction of the real wage of russian stomped me.
