Straight love is a boring entertainment. It's incredibly boring. I mean how many films come out each year about a boy meeting a girl, or girl meeting a boy? It's all the same and it's fucking boring. I'd rather watch films like this when wanting to watch romance films, between men and between woman.
It is a different kind of love and I think it's the most beautiful kind of love. It's fragile (taboo taboo tabo TABOO when it's not) but intense and I would not mind getting into one, not at all.
Watch Shelter because it is similar to this. A clos-to-true account of a gay relationship. And of course it is independent, but who cares right? It's a lovely film.
@pompom2001 I think Shelter would be a much better movie if it showed two guys who actually had no problems with being gay. It would be a more difficult story to tell, but it would still be very interesting. It would be a movie about sharing our time with somebody else, of having a real friend, a partner. A movie like this is still to be made, I guess, a movie about the constant awkwardness of trying to be reasonable and still ourselves.

The thing is it is told in flashback, the main character has come undone, become very depressed from the failure of his love affair with the guy and has spent a time in a mental hospital recovering. So in some scenes he is quite sad. Other scenes like the ones in this trailer are of course joyful.

My bf and I are both gay and in our twenties "late twenties" he says. We've been together for 3yrs, we are only out to our families. We don't socialize with other gay men or feel the need to. Our parents believe we are homophobic towards our own sexuality. Can that be possible?

One of my gay bf is = he doesn't want to go in any place with a rainbow flag on the door (clubs, bars, restaurant..) and he's reluctant about watching lgbt theme movies or going to the gay parade. He says it makes him uncomfortable because it's like joigning a community and he doesn't want to be part of "the lgbt community" or any community fo that matter.

im a girl but smetimes i wish i was a guy it's sooo romantic the love between two boys...and not only is romantic but it's more powerful bcoz u go thru the teasing and tormenting but u still stand strong and so does ur love for ur man lol u dont let any get u down no matter wat they do...now thats wat i call love not the stupid and cliche' guy meet girl, guy falls for gurl, they get married and have babies and live happily ever after...i feel love is strong when it's not accepted by others

My bf and I are both gay and in our twenties "late twenties" he says. We've been together for 3yrs, we are only out to our families. We don't socialize with other gay men or feel the need to. Our parents believe we are homophobic towards our own sexuality. Can that be possible?

One of my gay bf is = he doesn't want to go in any place with a rainbow flag on the door (clubs, bars, restaurant..) and he's reluctant about watching lgbt theme movies or going to the gay parade. He says it makes him uncomfortable because it's like joigning a community and he doesn't want to be part of "the lgbt community" or any community fo that matter.

Not anyone doesnt want to be a part of some community just because they are something. i totally word him, i dont want to siol and make a episode of it, its not of other people's business and i think no one cares if youre gay or not, exept homophobic people. i live a decent life like it was when i came out.
