Nothing is wrong with buying "DESIGNER INSPIRED" handbags. Now some of you divas are confused on what's actually illegal and whats legal. To clear things up I will state FACTS. You CAN sell handbags with designer inspired styles but any lettering an monograms must be altered. It IS legal as long as you state that you are selling "Fake/ Replica" handbags. However it is NOT legal when you advertise selling real bags when they are indeed fake. On her site she says that the bags are not authentic, this is legal, because she is not misleading you in anyway. Just to clear things up.

If the bags she sold were advertised as Coach-like or Louis Vuitton-like bags and the bags DIDN'T use Coach's signature "C" or the Louis Vuitton "LV", for example, then she would be okay. I have a friend who has a REAL Louis bag...and a sis in law who has a KNOCK-OFF of the same style Louis bag...they are EXACTLY THE SAME. The inside, the print, the leather, I think the bag might be real. They're sold by some African guy, and I told him that these are $1,000 bags his eyes lit up...I don't think he knew lol.

Nothing is wrong with buying "DESIGNER INSPIRED" handbags. Now some of you divas are confused on what's actually illegal and whats legal. To clear things up I will state FACTS. You CAN sell handbags with designer inspired styles but any lettering an monograms must be altered. You CANNOT sell these bags online an say Coach Bag, Louis Vuitton Bag but in the same sentence say these bags are fake because you are still using the companies name. Big NO NO.

It IS legal as long as you state that you are selling "Fake/ Replica" handbags. However it is NOT legal when you advertise selling real bags when they are indeed fake. On her site she says that the bags are not authentic, this is legal, because she is not misleading you in anyway. Just to clear things up.

If the bags she sold were advertised as Coach-like or Louis Vuitton-like bags and the bags DIDN'T use Coach's signature "C" or the Louis Vuitton "LV", for example, then she would be okay. But she's selling bags that are using their trademark which they paid serious money to have. I have a cousin that got 20 yrs probation for doing the same thing...selling counterfeit merchandise out of his barber shop. Trust me, IT'S ILLEGAL. But, can't knock the hustle.

I love bags, regardless of being real or not - however, just becareful with the word 'replica'. There are many general shop for example Topshop and H&M that copy the styles of designers so they are technically replicas due to similarity however, I think it's just the idea of legality. I am really miffed how these are allowed to be sold so openly....If I was to order one and have it sent to me here in Malta, customs would keep it...no question about it!!! Because it would be coming in from a non EU country I would have to go to collect it and it would have to be opened infront of a customs official, and believe me they check for all the details that you only get on the genuine article.... NO OFFENCE INTENDED but if it aint GENUINE I don't want it...sorry!

I love all things cute, but i visited that site and those purses are too high. I have never spent over 45 on a replica (fake) purse. I have authentic purses by dooney, gucci, and coach. If I pay 50 or more on a purse it has to be authentic because fake purses break quickly, I have an old dooney purse from highschool that I my mom got me for christmas, its over 10 yrs old, and my mom only paid 98 dollars for it and i see purses for 70 bucks on her site and they are fake. just not my cup of tea.
