People said that this is a setup, well, in my opinion, I don't really think it is, I think the friends of the red car wanted to show youtube how good she parks, then suddenly this rude guy came out of nowhere to steal the spot, the reason why he did not block the space is because 1: The Peugeot was blocking it, 2: Field of view, remember while you're in a car, you can't really see the hood, so he turned earlier, 3: Fear, he tried to avoid the car by getting close to the black car next to him :D
