@Meganfox908 you download the apk file first. oce you download that you will than go to settings/applications/ and than check the box allowing third party apps. once you have done that drag the file to your storage card or anywhere that you like and find it in file explorer. (i use estrongs file explorer) once you find it click on the file and choose install. check out smartphonejunkie, it is a great forum that you will gain vast knowledge from.

@IIITechIII it does run smooth but the reason for that is that it cant do many of things. true multitask cant be achieved on the iphone,you cant have widgets running in the background ON your homescreen, you dont have as big of a screen to power or a memory card that the phone has to read, you cant use alternative user interfaces, NO FLASH, that all clears up a lot of space.. to me those features are what makes a phone useful and thats why it may run a tid bit slower but at least it has features

@IIITechIII there isnt true widgets for the iphone that i have ever seen just shortcuts with fancy icons... and without real flash the device is still very limited on many things especially streaming from the net... you will also notice that your stuck with slow stream and download speeds and thats where android and their 4g devices will come into play as well since you wont see 4g until the iphone 5 or 6

@ajnakia its an apk file, you download the apk file and unzip or unrar the file if needed. (needs to be apk format if you click properties/about and not zip or rar) once you have the loose apk file you drag to your storage cards and than use estrongs file explorer or astro file explorer to navigate to the file. click on it and choose to install and your good to go. hope this helps.

@BIGKASPER18 well it depends if you mean ported or official from sprint... i dont see the official from sprint coming soon if at all.... for the leak they have a rough version that is out for the evo already and but its not ready for everyday use yet.... and yes weather animation is still there but can be disabled jut like before in past versions if desired.

@bucs4040 its comparable to run as admin on your computer when you right click an icon on your desktop.... it gives you admin rights to the device and all aspects of the device.... you can run certain apps you couldnt at first and if you go the next level after root and flash a recovery image you can also flash custom roms.
