You have to have a good relationship with that person. When you first start talking to them just talk and joke, then once you have over 20 (might wan't to have 25 just in case) try to flirt and then serenade and kiss. You should have 90+ points when proposing, thats so you have a better chance at them saying yes.

I have sims 2 castaway on ds I`m on day 80 and already the chef(boy) won`t talk to me. PSP is great you can go on internet listen to music loads more i personaly like playstation 2 but psp is when i go bed and play games like gta and other games i would get it and the sims games r great

yes i think its worth buying for the psp, the game (sims 2 castaway) is the exact same for the ps2, wii and psp but the ds version is really bad..)
