  • althu i think this video is full of shit i agree whene the person says "disney should sue that governor for steeling image of samity sam " .

  • Did you see his video decrying the most evil group of Pennsylvanians - the Amish!

You didn't? Maybe that's because they don't have any of the members calling for Harrison Ford to be beheaded for his depiction of Amish life in the movie Witness.

You see, it an attack on muslims as a whole, it is an attack on Muslims, or anyone, who thinks their beliefs in imaginary beings trumps the right of other people to speak.

That is why this user fails.

  • you didn't even watch any of his videos did you

  • dude you just don't get it, thunderf00t clearly understands that not all Muslims are terrorists but Islam needs to get to where Christianity, is no one getting killed 4 criticizing or making fun of their religion

also why are you blocking the rating is it because you know you're wrong and no one agrees with you

  • @ManicOpake

Interesting, you don't understand that this is satire, and you also didn't notice this is a mirror. The original is on my channel and has voting enabled.

I did another video where I state what I actually think of Thunderf00t. Try watching that rather than taking a satire video literally.

  • Absolute rubbish

  • First off, he never states that all muslims are evil. Secondly, can you find me one other ideology today that will inspire an angry mob to behead someone over a fucking drawing? You`re an idiot if you don`t agree that this is a problem.

  • @Nanoq11

You do realize you are taking a satire video literally right?

While I'm at it, Islam is the excuse, not the inspiration. Some people will just be barbaric primitives no matter what. Religion is just their justification. After all if your statement was true, than over a billion people would be running around beheading other people. Barbaric behavior is a problem, but let's not pretend it's more than a tiny fraction of the billion+ Muslims in the world.

  • @Nanoq11

I guess war and oppression is the reason for such reaction.

  • Well this was just stupid

  • I find it funny when people try to pretend that when someone who has a problem with the blood-thirsty and backwards doctrine of Islam, really has some kind of racist agenda against all Muslims. In that regard, your video is more than funny, its hilarious.

  • @noidonotgofish

It's funny how you perceive an accusation of racism where there isn't one. It's also funny how you don't seem to understand the difference between demonizing over a billion people as if they are all the same, and criticizing the religion of Islam.

Do you understand the difference between people and a religion? It's not hard....

You will probably never understand "us" vs "them" thinking and what is so illogical about it though.

  • @sonnygll Thunderf00t is quite clear his beef is with Islam. It's pretty easy to make a "satire" video acting like his problem is with Muslims. Downright cheap, actually.

  • @noidonotgofish

Except for the part where he explicitly says Muslims..... It seems quite obvious to me the difference between criticizing Islam, and Thunderf00t's demagoguery bullshit.

Of course some people ARE confused about that. So I made this video to highlight the difference.

    watch?v=Cs4eDW_OXmg

It's a quick simple thing, that links to two other videos for comparison.

  • lol

You put this as a reply to one of his videos. Hilarious!

  • "I know most Muslims just want to live in peace so they can subjugate their women in private!" Bill Maher.

  • I'll agree with your point about not putting everyone in the same bag when it comes to religious people. You guys are not all the same, I'll admit, but why would ANYONE be religious without being fundamentalists?

I mean, what is the purpose of following a religion if you are going to only take bits and part here and there to make it your moral base? Wouldn't it be simpler to use that same choosing of morals without any religion at all and simply use good old logic and intuition?

  • @tankusfred "why would ANYONE be religious without being fundamentalists?"

"what is the purpose of following a religion if you are going to only take bits and part here and there"

The reason is because there are contradictory things in any holy book. This sets up a paradox. So it is logically impossible to follow any religion to the letter. Therefore all 100% of them logically MUST be cherry-picking. It simply isn't possible to do otherwise.

  • @tankusfred

I'm just saying they are stupid questions, that's all. I agree with you that religion is a big load of rubbish though.

  • @sonnygll They weren't questions, they were rhetorical questions... VERY different!

  • @tankusfred

That's irrelevant to them being stupid. They would be still be such even if you rephrased them into statements.

  • @sonnygll So these statements are stupid ?

You should follow your religion as a fundamentalist or do not follow one. (as a paradox)

There is no purpose to follow a religion if you only take bits and part here and there to make it your moral base.

It would be simpler to choose morals without religion and simply use good old logic and intuition.

Please, read what you write, we are on the same team and you manage to make it a flame war!

  • @tankusfred

There is no purpose in following a religion at all.

Why should a religious person be a fundie? As I said it's logically impossible to follow it to the letter, so the entire premise of this idea is nonsense.

This doesn't look like a flame war to me.

Atheism is but a small part of rationality. You seem to think that you can following something to the letter when it contains contradictions. Based on that you feel it's ok to demonize religious people as if they are all fundies.

  • @sonnygll STOP IT!!! You are repeating my own statement in other words as if there is only one way of saying it, you are driving me crazy!!!

A final time : YES you could follow a religion if you wanted to, but ONLY if you follow it to its fundamentals otherwise it's useless... and for most of them it would be a paradox.

  • @tankusfred

I certainly am not. A paradox is impossible by definition. Once again why does a religious person have to be a fundie? It's useless either way, and the premise of your idea is impossible as I have shown.

I think the problem is that you don't understand what I am saying, or what the problem with that line of thought is.

You just keep parroting this flawed argument, without understanding what you are saying.

  • @sonnygll "A paradox is impossible by definition." --> As I said... thus making the religion useless if there is contradictions within it, not all of them has.

"Once again why does a religious person have to be a fundie?" --> Because otherwise it's cherry picking, making the religion useless

"It's useless either way, and the premise of your idea is impossible as I have shown." --> Not all religion are contradictory... the reason why I specified "for most of them it would be a paradox"

  • @tankusfred

Name a major religion free of contradiction.

It's ALWAYS cherry picking. There is no way to practice any major religion without cherry picking.

Not to mention you are applying this logic to Muslims specifically. It's the premise you use to justify lumping them all together. You say they are all fundies, because otherwise it's cherry picking. This ignores that fact that it's all cherry picking. And since when have the religious been logical? That line of thought makes no sense.

  • @sonnygll You ARE saying the same as me... in other words

  • @tankusfred

No, I'm saying something completely different. I'm not sure how else to communicate that. Of course you could always answer the questions I asked about your assertions.

Think of it like this. If you get a list of directions, and one says to jump, and another says to never jump, it can't be followed to the letter. You have to cherry pick to one degree or other when following that.

I'm planning a video about it, so watch for it.

"religion=pointless" is the ONLY thing we agree on.

  • @sonnygll '"religion=pointless" is the ONLY thing we agree on.' I'll agree on that *snickers* =D

  • @sonnygll Yeah, maybe it applies more to muslims who have this clause where it says whatever is said after trumps the one said before, but still if you are a moderate muslim, it's cherry picking and that cherry picking comes from ANOTHER source than religion, hence you don't need religion for morals.

So unless you are fundamentalists, which you just proved yourself of being a paradox in itself, there is no valid point for anyone to believe in religion and follow it due to morals.

  • @tankusfred

What the hell are you talking about? Fundies can't follow it to the letter either. Contradictions make it logically impossible. How exactly am I a fundamentalist? I don't have any beliefs of any kind. Am I a fundamentalist atheist or skeptic? The very idea is silly.
