i would of been able to do this sort of thing but i threw away the chance while i was in intfants as i never realised what i could do and wish i hadnt of thrown it away as my parents got told tht due to my flexibility that this is the sort of thing i could have done been good at as i am double jointed and according to who ever it was they said they hadn't seen someone as flexible before but there has to be a way i can do somthing like this as i can still get my legs over the back of my head
Nice routine, but I would suggest that you work a little more on balancing in your static flexibility poses: the backbend split I think you lost a little bit of balance on it. The best thing to do is just to slow down a little and be absolutely sure you are balanced before you grab your leg with both hands. Also pull the back leg across slightly with your opposite hand, it will "square" your splits more, and prevent you losing balance slightly:)Also, work on elbow and hand balancing too:)
