@Raine790 In this video I am just pushing the button on the camera but I have it on a tripod to keep it stable. In my other videos I use a webcam so I can control it from the computer, without touching it so it doesn't move.

By the framerate I would guess between 200 and 400. It's less about the frames and more about time-my "secretsanta" video took about 3 hours start to finish, and its only 41 seconds long.
