  • lol... he did better because it was the same thing and he already did it once so was practiced x.x

  • Hmm...In my country they can't wait to lock you up and throw away the key for a single roach.

  • Got busted driving and smoking and here's genuinely what my local policeman said to me: ''Ah, dude, why are you picking on me, you know I hate paperwork! , Now throw this roach in the sewer and get out of my sight!'.

I love living in Quebec, the only place in the world where police has common sense.

  • Ron Paul 2012! He wants to End Marijuana Prohibition!

  • I'm curious at how well I'd drive if I was high. I've always wanted to give it a try in the empty roads of my neighborhood with a sober person just in case and see. I'd never go on the highway, even if the results were positive, because well... yeah.. you get the point.

  • This needs to go viral- everyone, after you've viewed this video, if it shifted anything in your perspective, please share this on your Facebook pages and send a link to all of your email contacts, and I will do the same. It's time for the madness to end. Speak up!!! :D -Paul Kuhn

  • What you mean surprised...WE!! already knew this

  • when I drive high I always drive slower lol.

  • The US Department of Transportation did a comprehensive study in the early 70s.......same conclusion........MODERATE cannabis consumption has NO negative effects on driving.

DOT sent a letter to Congress recommending legalization.........unfortunately Nixon the Nazi was prez and of course, no way. Gotta keep that illegal drug money filtering thru the CIA and International Banksters

  • interesting test, I have not smoked any for over 20 years but do remember my driving to be more conservative while stoned as opposed to a few beers and all sensibility was lost. IMO pot is leaps and bounds safer than alcohol and has many other uses that would move our economy here in US. I would vote to legalize & tax if ever on the ballot.

  • Q. What is the difference between a drunk and a stoner?

    A. The drunk will drive through a stop sign while the stoner will wait for it to turn green.

  • this is exactly what i knew already, but i'm glad i had proof.

  • Thumbs up if you feel Cannabis is safer, and better than Alcohol.

  • Alcohol has been proven to cause serious organ damage, kill brain cells, and kill the drinker. Cigarettes have been proven to cause all kinds of cancers and gangrene which will also result in death. Cannabis has never in all of history been attributed to any fatality, and it is illegal. Why? Think of what would happen to the cigarette and alcohol industry if you were given a legal alternative that caused no harm and is (in my opinion) infinitely better. Check mate.

  • If u take alcohol, cigs, or those prescription pills with a million side affects. Or any other drug out there especially the men made 1s. U have no right speaking on this harmless herb, stop fearing what u don't know n understand freedom.

  • For some reason I always drive more cautiously after smoking sativa than indica.

  • im still not going to drive high but i love how this test ended im going to put it on my phone and next time someone says anything about driving high i will show them

    legalize november 2, 2010

  • I'd say being high on weed would make you a safer and more thoughtful/consciensus driver, if anything. I haven't watched the video yet, but I hope and think that that will be the coclusion in the video too. : )

  • @winterstellar Sorry about the typos there..I'm high as a kite right now. (NOT on weed): )

  • i love it, let the truth be exposed

  • how do you think your driving is?

I think im what? what? im driving? i thought i was on a rolling couch of happiness

  • @franknilop lol, he surely is happy, but isn't that good when most of people usually go mad when they drive? How many LEGAL prescribed drugs you have on the market that have serious effects on your driving skills? Nevermind, the list is quite big to put it here..

    Cheers,

    Peace.

  • @sector88 Whether you are under the influence of an illicit drug or a prescription drug, if you are aware or a reasonable person would be aware your driving ability would be adversely affected, and are involved in an accident that was (partly) caused by your impaired driving, you will be held to have driven in a negligent manner. That will result in liability. Some countries impose a criminal penalty for this - kill someone? Manslaughter. Years in prison. Your life is practically stunted.

  • @Smoke1987jdalej If you are a reasonable person you can recognise wether you are in a good condition to drive or not. Some people are not reasonable and should pay for their actions. That doesn't mean it should be illegal. People are negligent, it's a fact, any kind of drug can make you more or less of negligent, it depends on the effect the drug has on that person. In this case he becomes more aware and pays more attention to the road as he recognizes he's under the effect of cannabis.

    Peace.

  • @sector88 I don't think you understand the concept of the "reasonable person" as per the test in English common law. Though it is practically the same in American concepts of negligence.

You have also misinterpreted the results of this 'test'. The words you describe his driving with, are those of the test subject, made while under the influence. Give someone red bull and vodka, and despite being on a depressant, the stimulant lulls them into a belief they are going awesomely well & they say so!

  • @Smoke1987jdalej So, what do you mean? What's your point?

  • @sector88 I recently saw a show doing the same test in the u.s.a. the guy doing the test was sooooo dumb. He was obviosly not very smart or coordinated to begin with. He smoked a joint and said dumb generic stoner comments. It made me so angry i had to turn it off. I am so glad that a real marijuana smoker was selected for this test! Most people can handle cannabis and driving with no problems as long as they use common sense. Good job speed Tv! thanks sector88 for posting this vid!

  • @franknilop that's mushrooms!!!!!!

  • What a beautiful conclusion; it confirms what those few informed smokers already knew. Time for a legal debate, we've got the proof right here!

  • @AcousticDude122

    1) He could not correctly judge the speed

    2) This was not an accurate simulation of driving - there was no 'stress factor' nor other distractions, it was incredibly controlled

    3) The subject was aware of every test - when you drive on an everyday road, you are largely unaware of the many unpredictable events unfolding around you, one of which could at any moment with very little warning, suddenly and catastrophically have a direct affect on YOU.

    FUND THE WAR ON DRUGS!

  • @Smoke1987jdalej

When I was driving, a police car went VERY suspicious and drove like a paranoid, first they rolled past my car slowly, then went on to the intersection to highway, we followed them just normally driving and my heart rate was at max, adrenaline pumping and felt like "OHH SH.... please dont stop us" THEN they STOPPED right in the middle of the highway and we passed them doing 90km/h in 100 limit, then they continued behind us but left soon after. Dont ever wanna do that again!

  • @Smoke1987jdalej sorry, but the war on drugs is a failure

  • @AcousticDude122 Ahem i know I'm late on this response but I personally don't think it should be legalized think about it taxes would eat that shit up a dime sack would be as much as an 8 ball of crack/cocaine

  • Let' s hope this vid will shut up the ignorant and people who know jack shit about cannabis.
