    I do something similar with leftover meatloaf. Just slice the meatloaf, dip in egg mix, cover with cracker crumbs and fry in veggie oil. Super nom! (Not a diet food)

  • I do the frying part and serve them with eggs in the morning with my leftovers. This though is very interesting use of them. I d of just dipped the entire thing softly in the eggs to coat. Looks awesome Greg.
