I do something similar with leftover meatloaf. Just slice the meatloaf, dip in egg mix, cover with cracker crumbs and fry in veggie oil. Super nom! (Not a diet food)

That looked great but all I could think of when you were cutting it is how much bacon would go good inside it....MMM! Fried bacon. You could wrap bacon around a turd and get it to taste good. That reminds me. I need to get started on my "One Guy Two Slices Of Bacon" video......lmao :D
