Yes, she was, in fact the remixed version of "Fly Me to the Moon" is played many times throughout the game, first played in the first chapter of the game. It's also included in the soundtrack as well, NOT sung by Bayonetta(of course), but it's still very beautiful ^^ Look it up under "Bayonetta Soundtrack" or something along those lines with "Fly Me to the Moon", you'll find it.
