  • As far as a bike GPS goes, I use a Mio C230 loaded with MioPocket v3.0 - once loaded I fire up Noni GPS Plot to track route, speed, distance altitude etc. When I get home, I export the whole mess out to KML and view with Googz Errrf. The speed and distance "dashboard" in Noni GPS is large and very readable. You can brighten the backlighting in MioPocket to your liking.

  • Anyhow, for me ...... this is a dirt cheap and cool route data thingy ma-jigger that mounts just fine using the included Mio car mount that should come with. You need to get a little creative to mount to your handlebars but it's doable. Hint: start with an old reflector bracket.

Also, If you go this route, TETHER your Mio to your handlebars. Get creative with anything like string / Velcro etc. in case your Mio decides to jump outta the mount. Mine did, still works but now it's tethered.
