I hope people understand the concept that 4 wheel drive is what makes the gtr quick to start in addition to launch control. The further on you go, the more the BMWs higher horsepower shows because it starts to overtake the gtr.

note for the moron who thinks the supra was spooling, that was the bmw.. you can hear it again when he goes forward after lining up.

Horsepower cant always win to start if you cant put it down, but the faster you go the more it matters. A Gtr is boring to drive anyways

But to add to the Skyline Vs GTR debate , The (R3) is a code for the body which died in the R34 do to the Skyline R35 being the first V6 motor non-turbo used in the G35 model in the North american version and named just Skyline in Japan.

Because the Real Nissan Skyline production ends in 2002. Nissan decided to split Skyline and GTR after that. Hence you have Nissan G35-G36 Skyline and the new Nissan GTR ( the one in this video). And Nissan did a great job by using the same engine for 3 different models. Nissan Murano, Nissan G35 Skyline and the 350Z or the Z33 models. Nissan is messed up.
