@xFriiCTioN It is notmal. Every time you throw your yoyo it should be getting one half turn tighter.

when I do a sleeper it goes for like 5 seconds and it dies very fast any tricks to help with this problem

And this will give you plenty of tips on making a yoyo sleep longer. However, if your yoyo is only sleeping for 5 seconds it may be that you are not using a ball bearing yoyo. The Luminator like we use in this video has a ball bearing which helps it sleep much longer. However, if you do not have a good throw even a ball bearing yoyo will not sleep for very long.

@coolz7100 You can do this trick with the Dominator, but since this yoyo is thinner than a yoyo like the Luminator it will not be quite as easy to learn this trick as it would be with a wider yoyo.

@yotricks ay yoyo trick i do that involves the yoyo touchig anothing peice of string while spining the yoyo acts like it's a slack and comes back upi bbought this yoyo about 6 months ago for £125 and itwont work is it cos my yoyo is cotton and not the slippery string so it wont spin or something please replay.

@steelydan39 My best guess is that you need to lube the yoyo bearing. You can get SuperLube on YoTricks or you can find another synthetic lubricant for bearings. Once you have done this it should come up just fine.

@Frogiful I have never used a hotshot, so I cannot be sure, but I do not believe that the hotshot is supposed to be unresponsive. If it is not coming back well you probably need to grease the bearing. However, if you want to play with it as an unresponsive yoyo you should just learn how to bind. Try this search in youtube:

learn how to bind

it should bring up our video that teaches you how to bind the yoyo.

If you want a mid-range ball bearing yoyo (over $20 under $50) I would recommend the Protostar by Yoyo Factory. If you are going to spend less than that then you can't go wrong with the Luminator.

I know your yoyo is a special edition illuminator only gettable at yotricks store , but could you please instruct me to find the perfect yoyofor myself that is a butterfly shape with a roller bearing or metal bearing ... it is prefarable it has a long sleep time ... maybe a dark magic???? even though i dont know much about it so i dont know if its really that good , please answer ..
