are you sure if they are fully upgraded? i mean both zealot and lings because you have to remember zerglings are the only unit for zerg the counters everything so sadly this crappy tier 1 unit can sometime be dragged to face tier 3 units of other races so unfair but is the truth...because they have 3 research upgrades in addition to evo chamber upgrades unlike any other tier 1 units (marines got health/stimpack upgrades vs lings got burrow/speed/attackspeed) upgrades.

I just picked this game up today and I really know nothing about it so far, but the information I have gathered is that Zerg is kinda underpowered? It seems like if you're in the game for the long run that is the one race you do not want to be; there troops just seems very weak compared to the other two races. So I'm guessing the only thing they're really good at is well...zerging?

A classic example of myself being far too passive aggressive, having destroyed his army several times and having a ridiculous advantage only to be scared off by 2 silly cannons, time and time again, sigh.

A slight errort. On the ZvP. You have the zerglings at the front and the roaches at the back when you engage because roaches are ranged and zerglings are not, roaches are your tank,(remember they have +1 armor) zerglings do a lot of dps, so you dont want them to tank you want them to immediately surround the stalkers and kill them, this makes it harder for the stalkers to micro against your roaches who take bonus dmg from stalkers. You want lings vs stalkers and zealots vs roaches.

@pyrofffff I said the same thing, except I prefer to have my zerglings adsorb the initial impact of the zealots, then move for the surround on the stalkers. I think you bring up good points though. I value my roaches more since they cost gas then expendable zerglings. Ideally, in a situation not described in the video aka a non choke point encounter. You will flank the stalkers with zerglings and kite the zealots with roaches. However you leave yourself open to blink vs roach, its a tradeoff

@TheStarcraft2Dude Sorry man, but disliked. The advice in this is bad. At the start, you NEVER want to engagfe ling on zealot like that. Send the lings to the back to kill the stalker and kite the zealots with the roach.
