See..Flyers had a lot of difficulty winning 1 on 1 fights. They sometimes won fights before the third man in rule when they could gang up on players.

@justice008a yes I love the fight where Nick Fotiu hits Holmgren with 10 consecutive punches at end of fight. I also like when Barry Beck had Dave Brown on his back cring Uncle. I also like when Larry Robinson destroys Dave Schultz. Dave Richter, what did he ever do, LOL?

@jmg4314 Beck jumped Brown and held on for dear life, Schultz wouldn't even be on a top 15 list of Flyer tough guys but Robinson hid for the first 10 minutes of that brawl while Schultz was occupied... doesn't even appear on the footage and then comes in; any snake can do that. If you don't know what Dave Richter's resume is you're even dumber than I thought, and that boggles the mind. Holmgren settles up with Fotiu in the second fight and even helps poor Nicky find some of his teeth afterward

@jmg4314 thanks for reminding me to watch the second Holmgren Fotiu fight again, that was funny. 7 left bombs to Fotiu's face and jackhammering Fotiu's face into the ice with the last one LMFAO!!! You wanna put Fotiu's body of work as an enforcer against Holmgren's??  that is hilarious. Holmgren fought absolutely EVERYBODY and won more than he lost. Definitely top15 all time. "Cut Nicky with the helmet" lol. Good one Phil. Fotiu won 5 or 6 fights of any significance in his whole career
