  • Hi Claudia, I'm woman 1,73 height and 70 Kilos. There's lot of time since I was active and I would like to look and feel healthy again.

    I'm very interested about P90X, but here in Spain is not available and I would like to know about it from someone like you, that had already test it.

    1- Where can I buy (and how much it cost) the original pack and what is included?

    2- Material needed for exercises?

    3- Do you know about any Spanish support? I would be very usefull for me.

  • I procastinated core synergistics yesterday, to the point that I didn't do anything... but I did it this morning, so I am leaving my YOGA, for this evening... OMG. Hope you aredoing great. I'll try Crane once more, hope for more than 10 sec

  • Oh, and by the way:

    Do not be to stringent with yourself about the diet. I also don't stick to it to a tee. I love eating that sweet stuff. It makes me happy, and that's also a reason why I work out so hard.

    Do you also have integrated one or two high calorie days per week? That would be wise to keep your metabolism up and prevent it from going into starvation mode. I have two HCDs around my total daily energy expenditure (about 2400 calories).

  • and one more thing. I did my Chest, shoulders and triceps workout today. First time I'm doing push ups... OMG, I could hardly do a few, better than the pull ups that I can only do less than 1, but I guess I'll get there. When I think about it, you really impress me with the things you can do.

  • Thanks for your kind words! :) I'm so glad when I feel I can help other people a little bit with their workouts.

    I find Chest, Shoulders & Triceps is one of the hardest workouts, indeed. If you stick with it, you will definitely get better. I got, too. Just focus on finding the burn every time you do push-ups. When I'm pooped with doing push-ups, I mostly go on my knees and knock out a couple of more. Therefore I take little longer inbetween breaks to recover properly for the next exercise.

  • Dear Claudia! Great video! And congratulations for making it to day 30! :) I just know for myself how hard this program is, so you really deserved your "recovery week".

    Please don't get nervous because your weight hasn't changed. I'm on day 84 now and my weight hasn't changed either since the beginning. But I would bet any money that you lost body fat AND gained muscle. Doing P90X is primarily a fitness program and not only about simple weight loss. So I would intepret this as a good sign! :)

  • Dear Marion, I think we share the way we see this training. In my case, I kind of worry a little bit about the weight loss since I know I havefat I need to get rid of before I could even think of me as fit.

  • Great job, and you certainly made me jealous posting from the beach. I understand what you mean about core synergistics. I did it yesterday and it kicked my butt.

    Congrats on finishing phase I! You will now encounter a couple new routines in phase II.

    Keep bringing it! Before you know it you will be "Mrs. Flex and Breathe."

  • I am kind of scared of the chest routines, as I can't still do pull ups, I don't know about the push ups, but again, I have a positive attitude for this PHASE 2, and we'll see. I have improved a lot with Yoga, so the whole BREATH WHILE YOU ARE IN PAIN, is working :)

  • Yes, I'm in week 5 or week 1 of Push Phase and its not P90X LOL!! Alot of slow lifting and heavy weights. I will do P90X again when I'm done!
