@NephilimRomance I've heard the key is to be fair but firm. There are the few % of inmates that are animals in a cage and get treated as such. I went on a bid-tour of a prison and the co's said they were required to show us that part but said "it looks just like this part." They strongly implied not to go there to sightsee.
