Foreign nationals here legally have valid, passports from their home nations with U.S. issued visas...or if they are green card holders they have their permanent resident alien cards..and are allowed to obtain driver's licenses in most states.

Where is ICE on all this? Detecting and apprehending undocumented foreign nationals is ICE's responsibility, not a Sky Marshall responsibility. I can remember a time when every airport along the southern border had INS (Immigration) agents who would check the ID and story on every person that boarded a plane bound for the interior of the US.
