Just to let people know, it was stated before that Dudley was directly inspired by Lennox Lewis, the former world heavyweight champion of boxing and all around British chap (he claims the only thing he would stop a training session for was tea time). This was done because the former boxer of SF2, M. Bison (Balrog in the states) was inspired by Mike Tyson, who was boxing's biggest name before Lennox Lewis came around. So yeah, Dudley be black.

And Venom is hardcore (done for relevance).

Seeing his style of clothing he has, his ethnicity looks to be egyptian. Also, look at his eye symbol. Looks somewhat like the eye of horus(Egyptian god of war and air). Also, Dudley is mixed. His father at the ending of third strike looked white. Dudley has straight hair, with some black and white features. So his mother could've been of african descent. The father being an englishmen. (Never seen an indian boxer)

He's also shown doing occult practices in his ending where he's sitting on an alter wearing a mask.
