My favourite line in the song is "I even earned a special mention when I dressed up at the fan convention as a Cyberman from season 22".

"Season 22" makes it clear the show has been going for a hell of a long time, maybe a bit longer than it should have done. Even as far back as 1969, when Patrick Troughton was about to leave, some people were thinking maybe the show had gone on for long enough. I'm glad it's still going, of course.

People who think this is so horrible to make fun of Dr Who: You have to get that it is a JOKE. To even find most of the jokes funny you need to know about Dr Who in the first place.
